I at no point reached out for assistance. Brown and Brown some how found my information to "help" me file my disability claim with CMS. I never signed fee agreement, and requested multiple times for letter of no representation after I displeased with their representation. This firm did minimal efforts to help with case along with complete lack of communication until time for collecting their fees. I was finally fed up and reached out to CMS personally for status update, a representative at ********** confirmed they sent multiple attempts to contact B&B for more records and information to process claim but never received a response from ************************************************ I did all of the records requests personally to move disability claim forward after months of no movement. My disability claim gets approved and all of the sudden B&B have claimed to have tried to reach me regarding case and took a substantial amount of my disability benefits as attorney fees and costs. Borderline unethical and definitely would not recommend this firm's service to anyone.

************ was awarded SSDI in March 2023. Our *** agreement with ************ called for a maximum rep *** of $3,800.00 to be payable to ** from Social Security. Unfortunately, Social Security made an error when processing the award. Social Security paid us $6,000.00. Not $3,800.00. We received the payment from Social Security on 3/17/23. We remitted the overpaid rep *** of $2,200.00 to Social Security on 3/23/23 along with a letter explaining the error by made by Social Security. We asked Social Security to process the remittance and send these funds to ************ as soon as possible. We remitted the funds to Social Security instead of ************ per the Social Security regulations pertaining to overpaid ***s. Social Security has not yet processed the remittance and sent the funds to ************. We have followed up with them and will continue to follow up with them to ensure SSA rectifies their mistake by processing the remittance and sending the funds to ************. If ************ would like a copy of the letter or check we provided Social Security on this matter, we would be happy to provide that to her directly.
