      DO NOT USE! I order 16 sets of custom tickets and paid extra to have them by a certain only to get an email the day they were suppose to be delivered that they had problems with printing the order. The order Vistaprint waited until the night before they were suppose to be delivered to start printing per their website. I am not out over $500 and will not have the tickets I order for my event. I have been calling them since 9:00am (currently past 8:00pm) and have not been told when I will get my tickets and have not been offered any solution to the problem they have created.

      Paid almost 100 extra for 2 day shipping . Parts of the order won't be in for another week at best website says . I feel like they just stole my ****************************************************************************** time . I regret doing business with this company.

      Disgraceful pricing. August 31st 2023 I bought 100 Window decals at $5.10 per unit. August 15th 2024 I went to their website to reorder the exact same item & same Quantity. The price now is $25.87 per unit. An increase of over ******%. When raising this concern with their company, in an email they said it was 'Dynamic Pricing'. Disgraceful.

      I have always been so impressed with Vistaprint, from their professional, high-quality printing to their incredible customer service! Check out the photos of my gorgeous business cards that they just printed. (You can see it on ConsumerAffairs.com since I am unable to attach photos here.) I created the logo using their free, easy design process. There was an endless amount of options and easy ways to alter them. For business card designs or anything else such as invitations, they have tons of quick templates, or you can create every detail yourself precisely the way you want it. There is no extra charge for adding images, and photos are printed with exact colors and definition. Its also so cool to see all of the gifts and products to order with your design and how reasonable they are! Im personally checking out stickers to seal my baked goods, aprons, T-shirts, and more for my ******* channel. Definitely trust Vistaprint to do an awesome job, and for business cards, my pro tip is to go with the glossy card-stock.

      After creating a logo my product never got off the ground and I never used the logo. Now I repeatedly get threats texted to me that if I don't file legal documents thru Vista to discontinue use of the logo I will be sued. I can't seem to make the harassing texts stop. I'm about ready to file a police report.

      Website building is a scam. Price increased at least 3xs originally $18 a month is now $29 as well as ANOTHER monthly charge from WIX which from my understanding from the representative I spoke with is another $29. Vista Print first transferred these websites to Hover then to WIX in an extremely confusing manner and as a result has jeopardized my business. Now my domain name is no longer mine and I will have to find a different company to work withy as this feels extremely unethical. On another note from the beginning I had difficulties with my Vista Print website--including the fact that they wouldn't let me upload enough photos to my site and I have their emails to back up that this was their error!!!

      Wish I could rate them a '0' stars. Ordered products, quite a few for my store. Someone told me I should try Vistaprint. After doing all kinds of work and designing. on multiple products and styles. One product would not go through on the stitch work. So instead of taking that one off, they cancelled the complete or. Then stated it was financial transaction issues with our bank. I contacted my bank and they said no attempt by vistaprint was made to take money from the business account. It's not wonder I have seen so many bad reviews on here. I guess I should of checked here first.

      would never do business with them again, they are deceptive and flat out there to take aas much money with the least product possible and will lead you in the wrong direction and then say sorry no returnsies

      After waiting several weeks and sitting on the phone with them for over five hours, they gave me a fake tracking number for a made up shipping company. They flat out just took my money and ran.
