      Expedited orders not fulfilled. Was very time sensitive material and sat on shipping it for days, still have yet to receive it. Recommend using other service.

      I used the Vistaprint online passport photo services. They have a 100% money back guarantee on their website that states "We will refund 100% of your money if the photo is not accepted by a government agency." This statement is inaccurate and misleading. I tried to use the photos generated by the site to apply for a passport this morning and the photo was rejected. I reported this to Vistaprint customer service and the CS agent (****) refused to give me my money back, said that its not their fault the passport office scammed me out of money by rejecting their photo, accused me of lying, and tried to gaslight me all during the same email exchange. Some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. They should take down the money back guarantee from their website if this is how they are going to respond when someone reports that a photo was rejected.

      False advertising, as others have said, horrible customer service, in business reliability is absolutely important! Can not and will not use this "lack of service", nor will I recommend, in fact I will tell people to stay far away!

      i want to renew my order for my Media-Maven LLC business cards, but they are charging 28% more than I paid for my December 2020 order. Outrageous! I guess i must find another vendor
