    We paid Alexis Kitchen and Bath LLC a sum of about $60,000 to renovate our kitchen and bathroom along with some additional projects within our apartment. Huguens Alexis abandoned the project without completing the entire scope of work. When we tried contacting him to find out when hed be back to finish, he was unresponsive. He ignored our calls, texts and emails. He left plumbing, electrical and carpentry work UNDONE! Huguens Alexis breached the contract. We are owed money back as major aspects of the contractual work has NOT been completed.

    I hired this contractor to upgrade my kitchen, take down a load bearing wall and reinstall cabinets ect. The contractor told me his project would take 3-4 weeks- he abandoned the project after 14 weeks when I told him I was refusing any more payments until the work was completed and fixed. He claimed there were no issues and refused to rectify the issues. He lied multiple times on when and who was coming to do what work, no one was licensed to do the work and he didn't get anything inspected. I have had to spend more money to fix all his issues and have had multiple flooding issues with whatever his plumber did. I have documented all of these issues, have photographs, emails and other contractor statements. I've paid him $16,620 dollars in cash out of the $22,000 due. I have had to redo everything. He even stole a cabinet without my consent or knowledge from my residence and refuses to return it. I don't feel safe as he knows my address and where doors are. I have filed a lawsuit as well as complaints with the MA ***************** to revoke his license and the AG's office.
