    **** was recommended to me by a handyman Ive called on for years. **** responded quickly to my text and set an appointment time to take a look at my living room hardwood floor. Before coming over He texted me repeatedly and showed up 2 hours late. Despite his tardiness We booked a date for floor refinishing and I gave him a $300 deposit so he could buy supplies. I texted him a few times in the days before he was to do the work. He never responded. And he never showed up. It took several days for him to get back to me and say he was out of town and apparently had written down my appointment on the wrong day. He then apologized profusely and rescheduled. Then he didnt show up again. Im still waiting for my deposit check to be returned. He assured me he would do so a week ago. I recommend t that you avoid calling ****. I found a reliable and talented wood floor refinisher named ********************* and the work got done as planned. I let my handyman know not to recommend **** in the future. **** might be good at floor refinishing (I never got to find out) but hes awful at time management and customer service.
