    Hired Weston Sealcoating to seal our driveway June 2021 and promptly paid them $975 for the completed service. In March of 2022(after the snow and ice melted) we noticed the sealant had disintegrated in many spots on the driveway. I contacted *** at Weston Sealcoating and he came right out to view the driveway. He said he would come back in the spring when he was in season and reseal. I called him in June and he said he completely forgot but will put me at the top of the list. I called in July and left a message and never received a response. I have called weekly in August and still no response.

    complaint number ******** My name is ********************************* Weston seal coating. I have completed this. I took care of we were having shortages of the material and I couldn't get it done with the right material earlier in the year. So it's all been done.

    I had explained this to her but nonetheless, we did the complete job and it's all been taken care of and I suspect she isn't the type of person that would call and tell you that I did the entire job and went above and beyond but nonetheless, the job has been completed and taken care of just the way we do everything else, very unusual and difficult year with shortages I was waiting to do it right.

    The service provider did indeed reach out the day after I logged a complaint with you and resolved the issue a week later.  As mentioned previously, I had no problem with the service provided, it was the lack of response to my inquiries for several months that triggered the complaint to gain a resolution.  

    I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does satisfy my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint #********. I understand that by choosing to accept the business response that my complaint will be closed as resolved.
