      I have been trying for three weeks to re-Market my insurance policy and get no help from them. They tell me theyre gonna call me back and they never do the worst customer service and Ive been with them for years and never had a problem. I dont know whats changed, but not for the better.

      Uses deceptive practices. I had a homeowner's and and auto policy with an insurance company I had been with for years. My previous agent died and I was given Hub International. I was sent a "Welcome Packet" for ***************** from Hub with new cards and new policy numbers and paperwork to fill out. I assumed that, like so often happens, the insurance company I had been with for years was bought out. When I called about it the agent I spoke to was never told me I had a choice but that this was a done deal and they just needed my signature. When I called back with questions I never got a return call. When I called my previous insurance company they told me that none of what happened was right but that the policy had been switched. Needless to say I am filing a complaint with the BBB and also leaving reviews anywhere I can. I was lucky in the fact that I got on this so quickly that I was able to reverse the process and was reinstated by my previous insurance. When I spoke with the reinstatement agent they told me that this particular company does this all the time now and they've had multiple calls about them and Hanover. It isn't right to do that to people.
