    I made a purchase at this company's website. I purchased, or thought I was going to purchase pipe/temp clamps for my HVAC gauges. Made purchase and paid for expedited shipping. During this process or on the website page where purchase was made, it says no where part is not in stock, might have to special order. So I made my purchase thinking item was in stock. After purchase was made I get email 15 minutes later saying part will have to be ordered and won't ship from factory until 26th of May. Instead of stating that they didn't have part in stock and allowing me the choice to seek out someone else for purchase, they take my money and have to wait 7 business days to get a credit back for purchase. They are misleading customers and taking away option to purchase elsewhere since they have my money tied up. Shady business practice and others need to be aware of how they operate.

    Our stock was recently depleted for the item ordered.  Our website did not indicate item was in stock.  The customer was not charged for the order.  There is no refund to process because we did not ever obtain the customer's funds.  We attempted to discuss expediting his item once restocked and also offer alternative items; however, the customer was rude and combative.
