5 starsSame Day Service *** is the company you want to call for any appliance repair. I have not used them on one job but rather on several, and I have to say - they have done an exceptional job each time. From dryers to dishwashers they cover it all! As a woman and a general contractor I appreciate, clean, hardworking, good subcontractors. 5 starsWe have used Same Day Service for years and they provide excellent professional service. The technicians are knowledgeable and service is very timely. Today, we had a service call for a dishwasher latch that kept dislodging during the wash cycle. The problem was not due to a faulty part and was difficult to diagnose, but our technician took the time to assess the situation and make an adjustment to the way the unit was installed that remedied the problem.Review fromJeff M

5 starsOur refrigerator went out 2 days ago and *** from Same Day Service came out the same afternoon. He was meticulous. He took the whole freezer compartment out to get to the coils behind. Sure enough, they were not cold and had no ice. Turns out our compressor was a goner. *** put the entire thing back together! Just in case. That took a lot of effort. We really liked ***. Just like the name says, The service repair person came within a day to assess our repair need. He was very professional and kind and explained everything. And the repair cost was very reasonable. Highly recommend!

Excellent communications. Will not hesitate to use them again. We had a water leak with our 3 year old GE Elite dishwasher. *** diagnosed the problem as a leaking pump motor and did the paperwork to order the part. I got a text a few days later that the part was in and to contact the office to schedule Do to come back. A few days later he installed the pump and we are up and running again. We paid what we expected for the service call and major part and figured it was worth it to keep this going/not buying a new one.Same Day Service Co., Inc.
