Same Day Service did an excellent job diagnosing and fixing our failed dishwasher. They responded to phone calls quickly. They could only state that the technician would arrive at some point during a day, and would give us a half hour warning. Fine if you have the flexibility to be home or get there within a half hour. ****, our tech, was personable and efficient, both in diagnosis and replacing the pump motor.Same Day Service Co., Inc.

We have some older appliances and have been thoroughly satisfied with the service by same day repair. They kept our GE profile refrigerator in good shape as well as oven work and now fixed an ** dryer for us. ******, the same service man has worked on all three, and he is terrific! First time using service and am very happy with results Had to wait a little because of Christmas holiday but service was timely and took a very short time. I am very pleased with the service I received. The office called to let me know the technician would be arriving in ***** minutes and he was punctual.The technician, *****, was courteous and friendly and very knowledgeable. He fixed my oven quickly and cleanly. ***** communicated clearly and honestly regarding the needed repairs and provided options.Repairs were required both to the door and the igniter and ***** did an excellent job repairing both.Same Day Service Co., Inc.

The technician,****, was professional, knowledgeable and respectful. He was able to diagnose the problem, order the part and fix our wall oven in record time.
