      Excellent service and knowledge repair technicians. I purchased a service contract on my 1 year old refrigerator 10 years ago that stopped cooling soon after the 1 year warranty had expired. Same Day Service repaired it and has helped me with 2 additional repairs. My refrigerator service contract has paid for itself!

      I have been using Same Day Service *** for many years because they are easy to reach, reliable, and courteous. Plus their technicians do a great job fixing the problem (or, in one case, calling me back and being honest about a repair not being worth the cost). Highly recommend even if their fee might be higher than another business.

      Extremely responsive and professional. Made fixing our dishwasher seamless. I filled out their online form, and within an hour they called me to schedule a tech to come out and even offered for that day! Text message communications to confirm everything as well as let you know when your tech is on the way. Tech was extremely polite, knowledgeable, and professional. Will be using this company again if we ever need any other appliance repairs.

      Had a dead washer circuit board. Technician came out on a Wednesday, part come in on Friday and job was completed on Monday. Technician was prompt, professional and friendly and offered some good advice going forward. Would call them again with no hesitation!
