    Installation was completed on 09/13/2024.I was promised that System Inspection would take only 5 weeks so it should have been completed by 10/18/2024. I am almost a month later and I am getting the run around. If you can be so kind to talk to this business on my behalf to provide a valid explanation for this delay or to finish the job they are contracted to do.I am deeply grateful whatever you can do to assist. I rather not complain to ******************************* but if it is necessary I will do it.

    Thank you for reaching out and sharing your concerns with us. We understand the importance of timely project completion and apologize for the delay.

     After completing your installation, our head electrician conducted an additional inspection to ensure every detail met code standards. During this process, he coordinated with the town to schedule your final inspection, only to learn that the primary inspector had unexpectedly gone on leave without a confirmed return date. Since then, weve addressed all minor adjustments needed to meet the required standards.

     The backup inspector, who has limited availability, will conduct the re-inspection, and were working closely with the town to secure an appointment as soon as possible. We share your commitment to wrapping up your project and appreciate your patience as we navigate these scheduling challenges.

    On July 6,2023 my solar panels stopped producing solar power. I then received an electric bill for $652. I have been calling multiple times per week since the beginning of August, in which they have not responded. I have left voicemails and there has not been a returned call. I have been paying $226 monthly for my solar panel loan, in which they have not been working. I would like someone to come out since the main distributor SunPower said that since viridis was the installer and they have done everything on their end, that viridis would have to come out. I have not been able to talk to someone. My goal is to get my solar panels working.

    I have been asking them to send back an installer for nearly 3 months now to fix a crooked solar panel on the front of my house. They do not return texts or emails. They have not set up the final inspection yet and completed the installation over 3weeks ago. Zero communication as to what is going on . We signed this contract back in Oct. Of 2022 and they still have not got the system running.

    To whom it may concern,

    We have been in contact with the client and went by to take photos of the panels. We will aim to come by and make adjustments for that.  We are aiming to have someone go there tomorrow. 6/27

    For the final inspection we will coordinate that with the inspectors as soon as we have the paperwork necessary (COC and Affidavit) This should happen over the next couple of weeks. We will also reach out to the client directly when we are ready to schedule the inspection.

    Our goal is to get the system up and running and adjust the panel so we have a satisfied client!
