    I was so nervous going into this process, but after meeting Dr. Fechner and his staff, I was so confident moving forward with my mini facelift. Everyone was extremely kind and communicative, and answered my millions of questions for weeks leading up to the surgery. At 33 years old, and after losing 100 pounds my face looked much older. I was left with very saggy jowls that made me painfully insecure. Because of my age, choosing to get a mini facelift was a very tough decision. However, after seeing the incredible/natural looking results from previous patients, I was convinced that I was making the right choice. Dr. Fechner is truly an artist, and he gave me back a part of myself that I thought I lost forever. His hands are a time machine that made me look so youthful, but still entirely like myself. I will be forever grateful to him and his staff because now when I look in the mirror, I am finally proud of the person I see.

    My experience with Dr. ********************** and his staff exceeded all of my expectations. During my consult, he analyzed my face, made his recommendations after asking me what my goals were, and thoroughly explained what I should expect during my procedure and recovery. Everything ran like clockwork according to his expectations. His staff are so efficient, kind, and professional. My recovery was better than I had hoped for and I love my results. I chose Dr. ********************** for his natural-looking results, background, and specialization, and I am so glad I did!
