      I was promised a modeling job from **** management, who requested a membership fee and photos (instructions to pay for the photos is attached ) to be taken for them to be able to get me this modeling job. The job or photos never occurred, and I would like to get a full refund for the membership ($120) and photos ($200). I have reached out to the company requesting a refund, and I was denied.

      I have looked into this complaint to see if anyone called and asked for a refund for Agency Pro or for the Photo Shoot and we did not have anyone leave a message or speak to our Staff.  Agency Pro is who would give a refund for $120 that is not our company and the $200 photo shoot was done by a photographer  and the person who is complaining has those photos?  We would like a name so that we can look up their account if they have one.  We will wait to hear from you as to who and when they had the photo shoot and Agency Pro account when was that opened?  It would not be opened by **** Management only from a Talent so it is up to them to accept this not **** Management and it is NOT mandatory.

      I am rejecting this response because: the account/membership and photos expensed were executed as instructed by **** Management due to promises of modeling jobs that never occurred. Therefore, the refund is justifiable.

      All **** Management want to know is Who are they and when did this take place.  We are more than happy to resolve it but have not one complaint sent to our agency in the past years...We want to know who was the Photographer and was it shot at **** Management and what year.  Agency Pro is our database and NOT mandatory to be in it that is where are models portfolios are seen by clients.  Alll we are asking is Who, When and Where.

      I am rejecting this response because: the argument that the website used by the agency is not mandatory does not cancel the fact that the agency requires payments to the website in order to be considered for a job. Again the what/when/ where are recorded in the attachments sent with this complaint. The membership for the website required by **** Management began 5/16/24 and photos were paid by the consumer the same day 5/16/24. Again the job for which the membership and photos were taken for never occured (email conversation also attached). Please refund the $320 charged for the membership and photos taken for a job that was promised and not fullfilled.
