      If I could leave a 0 star review, I would. The business is does not follow the hours they advertise, the staff is rude, and I don't have enough characters to describe the horror that is the call center.
      The only thing positive experience has been with Dr. **** who shows compassion and understanding with his patients.

      I am a 64-year-old man with chronic back pain, and bad hips. I am currently with Clearway Pain Solution and initially thought them to be the best ever. Until this week when I have been waiting for 6 1/2 days for the correct pain medicine to be sent to my pharmacist. I was supposed to receive a new prescription for pain medicine on July 18 after my visit with Dr. S...... On Monday, July 22nd, four days later a prescription was sent in. This is not my current medication, although it does appear on my chart of medications, it is clearly not what my records indicate that Dr. S..... is currently giving me. I called the office and informed them and requested to please resend my current medication.  It is six and a half days later, and my prescription has not been corrected, and I have been back-and-forth on the phone with Clearway Pain Solutions medication department. It seems that the office did what they could do to help me, but none of which got my prescription corrected. It is my understanding that the doctors move around from location to location and perform procedures and operations and are not always available. My issue is that Clearway Paint Solutions should have a process in place where a person's prescription shouldn’t take seven days to be corrected (when the Dr. returns to that location). Had this been just a month ago, I wouldn't have made it through this.  My blood pressure uses to rocket sky high due to pain levels and not having meds in two or three days. So this is Not A Complaint, but yet a review in hopes that they would re-visit their policy and procedures regarding prescriptions before something drastic happens to someone. The entire staff (Vicke, June, medication department, and others) and definitely Dr. S..... all are EXCELLENT, and I am happy to be accepted into their establishment. Even with this current situation, I still will have to give Clearway Pain Solutions a five-star rating.

      This place is horrible. All they want to do is do expensive shots and procedures on people. I already had several such procedures which did not work and actually made my pain worse rather than better. Previous pain doctor (who was honest but moved) admitted there was no point continuing to try shots etc that already made me worse again. If they didn't help why would I do that. But these doctors recommended do the same things that already failed in the past. Because I did not want their shots but wanted to continue what had helped me for the past 10 years the doctor told me he could see me anymore. Can you imagine Just because I didn't want an epidural shot that made me worse the last time he dropped me. I guess Medicare pays more for his fancy shots and procedures. The doctors with this group are unqualified and I saw where they falsified things in my medical record and had to threaten to get an attorney to have them removed. Crooks and phonies - that what you find here!
