      Receptionist at front Desk was VERY rude!
      Not only were we not greeted and walked right up to the window after throwing up all day and being weak, but instead of being greeted and helped. We were directed to a sign in iPad. Meanwhile as we were signing in another patient came in and was greeted and also id was taken for them to sign that customer in. Then we were told we couldn’t be seen because insurance. I’m a Maryland Medicaid patient by the way..
      This location is very unprofessional. The nurses care so much but the front desk staff ruins any chance for referring this business to anyone else. Sadly enough my sister works for MedStar also. We will be following up for the discrimination we received in a time of need.
      Thanks for nothing MedStar at Arundel Mills.
