    This was honestly one of the worst experiences we have ever had. We bought a $2000 ***** dishwasher from ApplianceLand. We ordered it on 10/24 and had it installed on 10/28. The gentleman who installed it said he could also place the panel back on the front of the dishwasher if we *****'d him $80. After this, when opening the dishwasher door, our metal runner along the bottom side kept popping off because the dishwasher was tilted and needed adjusted properly.
    We called ApplianceLand back to request an adjustment. On 11/5 they showed up at the wrong address in the wrong city. It took a total of 10 days for someone to show up to the correct address to adjust it. He provided a window of 3-5 pm. He showed at 5:20PM. He removed the door panel to adjust and then could not get it back on. He left without fixing it and we never heard a peep back from him or the business-again.
    We finally gave up and called a true craftsman to do what took 15 minutes.
    I would never use this place again. With the exception of Deb, they were the worst customer service.

    I bought a $1429.22 speed queen clothes washer from ApplianceLand, 2045 West Street, Annapolis, MD on 1/20/2023, which was delivered on 1/25/23 with a faulty power switch. Their maintenance contractor replaced the power switch about a month later but it still the power switch only works about half the tries. To get the clothes washer to power on when the power switch does not work, one has to physically jar the machine to get it to come on. I called the maintenance contractor about week ago to report the same issue, but so far no ones has responded. Today I called Appliance Land in Annapolis, MD (where I bought the machine) to ask them to either repair the machine or to pick it up and give me my money back and they refused to do either. They keep insisting that I should call their repair contractor which I already had a week ago to no avail.

    I believe the "maintenance contractor" you are referring to is the manufacturer's warranty service provider. ApplianceLand does not select the manufacturer's warranty servicer. It looks like the manufacturer's warranty servicer did not fix the problem. ApplianceLand will reach out to the manufacturer and request that they review the repair, honor the warranty, and solve the problem.
