I would never recommend Cox Kitchen and Bath.
Disaster Trifecta for our 6-month, $60,000 Bathroom:
Cox Kitchen and Bath as contractor delayed start date 3 times, never confirmed a final design/cost, assigned a different carpenter than promised, did not forward subcontractor bills.
Alison designed an incomplete bathroom, ordered a sink cabinet that did not have room for plumbing, lied about visiting the job site every day and so had no idea how badly the project was going.
Eric the carpenter spent about one day a week at this project, regularly left a mess, did not complete assigned tasks. We paid someone else to complete his work.
We are dealing with product issues stillon our own.
I would never recommend Cox Kitchen and Bath.

    1) note, our contract with customer was for a little over $49,000.00
    2) the delay was for supply issues on prior jobs, had to finish before starting a new project
    3) Customer signed our contract with total dollars and list of work incld
    4) Customer contracted separately with plumb, electrician, painter and shower door supplied
    5) the vanity cabinet was indeed wrong, we ordered a new unit, installed the new unit at no cost to customer
    6) the original installer was dismissed from job, we brought in another installer to finish the project. Customer was satisfied
    7) Customer did bring in someone to finish up some minor work related to the bath, we paid for that work to be done.
    8) The product issues that are noted were deleted from the original agreement; customer was handling themselves.
    9) Did the job move along very well, no. We did the best we could and when presented with the final bill the customer paid with no questions.
