    I started renting cars from EZ Rentals on Reistertown Rd in October of 2023. I rented from them for over a full year, including everyday in that year. Within that year I was involved in 2 car accidents in their vehicles. I communicated with the company immediately following both accidents to ensure they understood I wasn't at fault and that I was responsible for their vehicle. I let them know I was hurt and they didn't say anything to me. I actually asked if I could go to see my lawyer and the office Manager ** A said that I could, so I did. I received treatment through my lawyer ***** ***** at the *************** injury center. They treated me for both accidents ******* **** up until August. When I finished therapy I checked in with my lawyer to see where we were with the case. Mr ***** informed me on that day that he never got any assistance from EZ Rentals and their so called ********************* that they used to not help people. They had my lawyer send a email to this department and there was never any response or solution to this issue! I argued to ** A and management in the building (4 different people) including ***** and ******** ********* that they made me pay for insurance everyday, so I should be covered in accidents that's not my fault. I am still waiting for my lawyer and EZ Rentals to find some type of resolution. They are bad business and hopefully you can help me.

    On April 22, 2024 and May 18, 2024 I was involved in car accidents while renting vehicles from EZ Rentals on ***************. Both accidents were the fault of the other driver. Months later they have still not given my lawyer any help processing this claim. I brought insurance from the company everyday I had their cars.

    I was renting a vehicle from them (EZ) and the brakes went out on the vehicle while driving (almost crashed) I was instructed to bring the vehicle back up there to swap it out .. I was charged (45$) daily rate is 65$ .. I was there for 4-5 hours waiting after I paid for that day.. they put me in another vehicle which I had for 9 hours and the fuel line came out while driving .. power steering and brakes didnt work so I had to coast into a parking lot once I stopped the vehicle all the gasoline poured out on the ground.. this being the second life threatening issue I expected compensation. They offered to swap me out into another car which I specifically asked would it be a safe vehicle because if I had children in the vehicle with me at the time of the incident things could have gone worse. They informed me that after I paid 100$ I could be put into another vehicle (unsure if it would be safe or not) they shouldnt be in business if they are renting vehicles that are putting peoples lives in danger.
