    This took place on 4/26/2024 and the company, as stated on their website, would provide an up-to-date party bus. After talking to the company and them not trying to resolve my issue. I have attached pictures for you to see. Whether I took the ride or not that vehicle should not have been in service. It was an issue with the door closing, which was a safety risk; the curtains for the windows were torn/ripped; the floors had footprint dirt; the walls that should have been white were off-white, they were dirty, and the windows had so many fingerprints on them that it was hard to see out. I had no way to get my guests to the designated location. Instead of them talking with me like a professional would do, they hung the phone up after yelling and not listening to me.

    The driver was not the problem, although she went in the wrong direction, twice!! I was also told by her the reason for the vehicle looking like that is because they had a fight on the bus the prior weekend and they didn't have time replace the curtains, well they didn't clean the vehicle either.

    This vehicle was not as advertised. The customer service should have been better for the money that was paid.

    Apart from a lone torn curtain, there are no other issues. The customer desires the mop and broom to be concealed from sight, which is already positioned between the driver's seat and the partition. Despite exceeding her allotted time and failing to make payment, she shifts blame onto the driver, alleging navigation issues. However, when the driver attempted to address the matter over the phone, the customer abruptly ended the call. The driver relied on GPS navigation to ensure the customer's safe journey to and from their destination.
