Fast service to get my AC repaired and running again. ****** **** is an outstanding HVAC technician - he diagnosed and resolved the issue fast! While price seemed high to me, I don’t have a baseline to compare as this was my first time needing AC repair since moving into my new build home 6 yrs ago.Len The Plumber, Inc.

**** ******* is a very knowledgeable and reassuring Service Technician. He came in, introduced himself, and asked me to explain my problem. After a thorough inspection, he was able to determine the problem and repair it, even though, another technician, before him, was stumped! He explained the repair, completed it and cleaned up the work area! He made a real difference, in a stressful situation! I recommend both him, and Len The Plumber.Len The Plumber, Inc.

Service was provided very promptly and cordially. Both the technicians installing were very friendly and thorough, providing a summary of the work completed and informing of previous issues with the setup and how they corrected it and even cleaned the area before installing furnace/ ac unit. They were very considerate of dirt, noise and interruptions, and provided various status updates to keep us informed of progress. The entire project was completed ahead of the expected and communicated estimated completion time.Len The Plumber, Inc.
