Luke was excellent to work with. He answered all my questions and put me at ease that the work would done right. In the end it was a quick clean and professional job. I'd highly recommend to friends and family.

We had an emergency with our hot water heater on the Saturday of Memorial Day Weekend. Tereasa was on her way home for the day when she got our call. She turned around and arrived within the hour to assess our situation. She was knowledgeable, professional, and explained all our options. We had a brand new hot water heater installed that day. Reggie went to their warehouse and picked one up, and they completed the project with no hassle or mess. I would highly recommend Tereasa and Reggie from Len The Plumber in Horsham- if I could give more than 5 stars I would.Len The Plumber, Inc.

I cannot recommend this company, and employee Edwin R*****, enough. My shower faucet handle and cartridge broke on a Friday night after 5 PM, I was able to reach a service agent within an hour, and had a plumber (Edwin) scheduled for the very next morning. He fixed and replaced everything with no issues, and then we discovered a catastrophic issue with my mainline. He knew exactly how to work with the city to get my water shut off on a Saturday, Memorial Day weekend no less, and we had it all fixed within a day. I made it clear that I knew what “pipe,” “sink,” and “water” meant, and that was about it, so he was careful to explain everything to me and made sure I understood what he was doing and why. He even explained how to better care for my plumbing in the winter and how to deal with my hard water issue! Give this man a bonus and a raise!Len The Plumber, Inc.
