      Dominick was amazing! We needed a part and he drove over two hours there and back to get it so we would have hot water. I would recommend this company to everyone I know. He was not only knowledgeable but extremely professional and friendly. This company is honest and reliable, I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

      I called Len the Plumber in Horsham, PA back the end of August, 2023. I had a leak in my sink upstairs. The leak was brown in nature. When the person arrived to repair the leak, he scrolled through many screens on his iPad for any number of things for, charges, which I assumed were what this might cost to repair. I already had the faucet to install. I explained the problem and showed him the brown in the PVC pipe under the sink and the stain. He installed the faucet, did NOT replace the stopper drain in the sink. He also installed a flexible piece that goes to the hot and cold water. He did NOT clean out the PVC pipe. He also went down to my basement and gave me estimates on my sump pump, hot water heater, and Main shut-off valve, which I did NOT ask for. He finished in the bathroom and gave me the invoice for $650.00! I couldn't tell him not to do the work because he had already done the job. I asked him for a senior discount and he told me that the advertisement for Len the Plumber already gave me $80.00 off any plumbing job. I was in shock!! He was only here for about 20 minutes. Nice man, but really? Then I had to have him back again, because the stopper did NOT work. No charge. If you need a plumber, DO NOT CALL Len the Plumber! I will never use them again!

      Called len the plumber to deal with a leak in my well preasure tank and the well line into the house. Charged $3900 to replace the pipe and the tank and preasure gauge but dropped it down to $3300 if i got the year plan. They replaced it all. Well the water comes out of the preasure valve onto the floor and preasure builds to the point it shuts the well off until it goes down and then theres no running water in the entire house now for 5 minutes. They say theres nothing else they can do try an electrician maybe its electrical. Never got a reason why the original tank was leaking in the first place. I will NEVER use them again.

      May 6, 2022, a Len the Plumber technician arrived at our home to connect a water line to our new refrigerator {purchased from a different entity). Shortly after arrival, the technician asked to see our water heater. I showed him our ******* water heater, and he said that it should be replaced since it was 11 years old. We did not have any issues with the water heater. The technician convinced my husband, who was not well that day, to replace it. The technician came up with a cost of $6,426 to install an ** ***** (80 gallon) water heater. The technician installed it that same day. After installation, I found that the cost of an ** ***** water heater at a store cost around $2,000. I called Len the Plumber and asked about the disparity between $2,000 and the price we paid them. The man that I spoke with offered a $400 credit, and I agreed. Last week (almost 2 years later), the ** ***** water heater began leaking. It could not be repaired. So, we had a ***** installed for $2,100 by ************* ****. I am in the process of filing a warranty claim with ** *****. However, the warranty claim does not cover what we paid to Len the Plumber. We are senior citizens, and trusted a company that advertises widely. However, we have found that Len the Plumber is not trustworthy in its pricing. We believe that we were robbed!

      I requested 2 outside hose bibs to be replaced. Was charged $1600.00. When I asked for an itemized invoice of the parts and labor breakdown I was told they don’t do itemized invoices. The most expensive hose bib is $150. So $300 in parts and 8.5 hrs of labor at $150/hr would make up the difference of $1300.00. Still can’t believe how much they charged. Will never do business with them again.

      I reached out to Len the Plumber on April 3, 2024, regarding a leak in my outdoor water system. They mentioned a $49 service fee, which would be waived if any work was required. However, when the technician arrived, they couldn't identify the problem or explain the cause of the leak. Despite no work being done, I was charged $263. When I questioned the technician about the increased fee, they mentioned a "diagnostic fee." I wasn’t told about a diagnostic fee over the phone. If had known about the diagnostic fee, I would not have hired this company. I have been trying to contact the company since Wednesday to resolve this matter, but have been facing challenges in obtaining a satisfactory response. I’ve been told that service manager Brian Livingston would be contacting me to resolve the issue but he has yet to call me.

      HORRIBLE, stay as far away as possible. Does not return calls, rips you off, and makes you think you need repairs you don't. They should be shut down! They are the worse of the worse! I can't stress enough, STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

      As a result of a large water bill I received from my water provider ****, I had a plumber from Len the Plumber come out on 3/8/2024 to do a thorough assessment of my internal /external plumbing to determine if I had any leaks or other issues. The plumber found no plumbing issues or leaks anywhere. I was promised a report to provide **** in dispute of my bill. I never received a report. In the meantime, during the inspection the plumber noticed several small rust spots on the top of my water heater. He then proceeded to tell me that my water heater tank was 1/3 rd filled with sediment. As the water heater is not “see through” I had no way of confirming his claim. My home and water heater are only 14 years old and I had not been having any issues with it. I believe Len the Plumber used this opportunity to take advantage of a retired senior citizen on a fixed income to sell me a $4k water heater unnecessarily.
