  About August 21,2023 I had a sewer clog that resulted in the need to have my main sewer pipe outside the house changed. In all my spent $11,285.00 with Len The Plumber . After the work was done they told me to wait about two weeks to replace the concrete slabs and a step that they crushed in order to do the work. I paid $1,200 to replace the concrete and the step. Four months later the step collapsed, one the slab sunk and another had a large hole with water underneath. I reached out to them with pictures and explained what happened. I was told to refer to my contact, they are not responsible for concrete work. I explained that I already paid $1,200 to have the concrete replaced. Until today they have been avoiding my call. I will never recommend this company and wished I saw all the bad reviews before I hired them.

  Len the plumber is charging about 3 times what other plumbers charge for similar services. They don't charge by the hour, but rather using a list of services. Their $49 fee for a service call is just bait and switch and totally disconnected from what they will ultimately charge. Please don't patronize this kind of business when there are plenty of much more honest ones that you could hire instead.

  Absolute worst customer service around. Rude employees. Manager , will not mention her name said she will call back. Never heard from her. Charges made to my 89 year mother’s credit card without authorization before and after service plan was canceled. Total rip off. Please beware when dealing with them.

  I had the water feed line replaced to my house. A hole was dug in my yard..
  The work has been inspected and passed by the county a week ago. I’ve contacted Len the Plumber five times by phone to get the hole back filled.
  I’ve been told five times now that it would be taken care of and no one calls or shows up to fill the hole. Pretty bad follow up. Still waiting.

  I have a cracked bathroom porcelain pedestal sink that needs to be replaced. So, I called Len the plumber to do the job and for them to come out was 49 dollars. Well once I showed what I had and asked how to replace it with a vanity and sink, the price was $1800 The vanity was 852.00 by it self and the two valves was $445. I wasn’t asking them to build the vanity it was already purchased and setting within 10 ‘ from its new home as to the sink. As I listened to the tech I was offered his price of $500 as to return and do the job himself. Len the plumber received $49 in 10 min for walking in my house. WOW. What a ripoff

  Chris B***** is the best! Len the Plumber sent Chris to my home to fix a problem with the shower fixtures in my bathroom. Chris arrived on time and did an excellent job repairing the fixture issue. He was very professional accommodating and efficient. I will use the company again if needed because of the job that Chris did for me. Just terrific!.

  My garbage disposal for my kitchen sink was not working, so we called Len The Plumber. The technician said the garbage disposal needed to be replaced and the drains needed to be cleaned. He quoted me an astronomical price of $1200. When we asked him for a breakdown of the $1200, he got annoyed and defensive. This price seemed way too expensive, so I told him we would get back to him. I called a local handyman and he fixed my garbage disposal in about 10 minutes. He said the disposal was just clogged and did not need to be replaced. He charged me only $100. According to reviews I have seen on other websites, Len The Plumber seems to way overcharge their customers. For those in need of a plumber, they should definitely avoid this company. Even if it's an emergency, I wouldn't recommend them. Very sketchy business practices!

  They came for a water heater replacement. Tech tried to tell me switching from tank to tankless would cost $25,000. I asked for a quote anyway. He gave me a quote for tanks only, never giving me a quote for tankless. When I called and asked for an itemized quote (so I know what the tank water heater costs) Kraig R******* informed me “they don’t do that” and I should think of it as an ****** cart (****** actually gives you an itemized price breakdown in the cart). This is a scam. I feel for anyone using their services, thankfully he never charged me the $49.99. I guess in the end I win. Signed - Going tankless for pennies on the dollar.

  I need to speak to someone in corporate regarding work a Ken The Plumber tech did at my house installing a dishwasher.
  I called for help with putting in a drain line on back of dishwasher.
  Not an emergency. They said they weren’t charging me an emergency rate.
  They didn’t show up the day they were supposed to, so they came on a Saturday.
  Said they waived a fee for coming. They charged me $357 to put this drain hose on?!! High way robbery!! Who can afford that?
  Wasn’t even there an hour. They put the dishwasher back in and didn’t level it so it makes a cracking noise every time I open & close the door.
  I spoke with a women named Kathy. She said she would refund me $60 but never did. She is now avoiding my calls.
  What kind of company is this?? You cannot talk to anyone if you have had any problems.
  I own a business & this is considered bad business practice.
  Please advise what my next steps should be to speak with someone about this issue?? Please?? I have never encountered any company that literally hangs up on you when you call with a complaint.
  How are they still in business???
  Be aware! Beware!! They shouldn’t be called for help even as a last resort!!

  Inflated quote. I had a leak under the kitchen sink and the plumber sent from Len the Plumber quoted me $2,100. When I seemed skeptical of the price he immediately dropped it to $1,600. Gave me some vague explanation of what was involved in the work. I'm a landlord and was not on sight to see what he was referring to. I did not have him do the job, but still had to pay him $50 for the service call. I called another local plumber who fixed the problem for $300. Will never call Len the Plumber again, they have lost my business based on the shameful business practices (read thievery) they employ.
