***** * was great. Had a major leak that he was able to triage and fix in a timely and professional manner. As with any issue involving water, being abow to have our issue fixed/replaced in the same day is a huge stress reliever and helps prevent additional damage. ***** was courteous and thoughtful in walking me through our options to resolve the situation and began working on the fix immediately. Once the repair was in place, ***** cleaned the area and left everything looking better than it looked before. I highly recommend ***** * from Len the Plumber.

Have had an ongoing issue with the kitchen sink draining slowly and then this weekend not draining at all. I called Sunday late afternoon, a plumber was dispatched first thing Monday morning. **** * arrived on time, explained the process thoroughly and and worked hard to resolve the problem. **** persisted until we were both satisfied that the clog was gone and things were functioning properly. The sink is draining better than it ever has. **** was a friendly, hard working, top notch professional and I will request him for any issues we may have in the future.Len The Plumber, Inc.

Excellent work. The plumber, ***, had years of experience, was equipped to complete the job, and made short work of our problem. He explained what he as going to do, possible other options and why he chose the one he did. The company communicated appointment times, when *** would arrive and the costs clearly. Overall we were very satisfied and would certainly use them again, and would request *** again.Len The Plumber, Inc.

**** was very professional and great , but he wasn’t able to fix or properly diagnose our issue. Our issue is we have leak from upstairs bathroom into our kitchen ceiling. I don’t know why he didn’t bother to stop main line and check if it’s still dripping.so he mentioned it’s not a plumbing issue but rather a tile or shower pan leak issue. But, I contacted my contractor who did my kitchen in a simple steps and over messages figured out this is a plumbing issue. I really cannot believe I paid $$$ for nothing , yeah for cutting out my ceiling. I understand plumbing is a tough and hard , but for the $$$ charged I wish I got some results.Len The Plumber, Inc.

Overall experience has been very disappointing
Things started positively. My a/c was not working. ***** came out and diagnosed an unfixable leak. *** ****** came out the same day to give me estimates for a new system. They were able to get me on the schedule for install in a few days
On the installation day, ***** showed up and went downstairs. A little while later another tech showed up but went in the back door, did not greet me or introduce himself
At some point another guy showed up, did not meet him either
After almost 10 hours, the work was finished
(I also got a new hot water heater)
The tech showed me the thermostat, and the new indoor/outdoor units
He did a nice job but don't know his name
After everyone left I couldn't get the a/c to work
(Word of advice: the thermostat is not self-explanatory)
I called *** thinking he could help. He said there were techs who could come out and go over it. He also said someone from the office would call me the next day. No one called
I tried to follow up with *** a few days later and he has never responded
Fast forward to 10 days after install when the unit stopped working. Called and left my info and was told someone would call me. No one did. I called the next morning again, made an appointment. When I started asking about the supposed 24/7 service, the guy said he was just the scheduling person and I should talk to a manager. Of course no one was in yet so he said he would send them an email. Big surprise, no one called me
****** came out on 6/26. I don't think he knew what was wrong but he got it working and blamed it on the heat and the overworked power grid(?)
Bottom line for me is I think I was sold a ridiculously priced unit that I don't have confidence in now. I expected some sort of customer service for a brand new unit that stopped working 10 days in.
It's too bad that everyone was so accommodating when they were selling me the unit, but didn't seem to care about followup or helpingLen The Plumber, Inc.

I had major plumbing issues and didn’t think I could get anyone to come on a weekend. I called Len the Plumber. They scheduled me quickly. They sent ****. He was prompt, professional and explained each step. He completed the job in no time. I definitely recommend Len the plumber and especially ****.Len The Plumber, Inc.
