I had a pipe burst on Father’s Day and everyone I dealt with, from the initial customer service, to the dispatch, and the technician were all quick, efficient, and kind. The service was scheduled, dispatched, and completed within 3 hours, allowing me to get back to my families Father’s Day celebration. ******** was personable, realistic, and quick. He showed me where the problem was coming from, gave me multiple estimates for multiple possible solutions, and was quick with his service!Len The Plumber, Inc.

I was very pleased with technician polite, helpful asked to bring in a big package that was outside! He fixed my clogged bathroom sink very quick and checked my dishwasher! He even gave me a tip to help keep my drain in good shape ***** ****** 1 time a month! Price was higher than I expected but they came within 1 hour! Thank youLen The Plumber, Inc.

I was really shocked for such an over priced repair. The plumber came to fix the commode because it was not flushing well and we were charged more than 675.00 for 5 minute visit. They say 49 dollar to come but they add all the charges to the repair
I am definitely cancelling their contract but please be aware of these overrated prices.Len The Plumber, Inc.

Completed emergency work within the hour of arriving and was charged an outrageous amount for less then one hour of work. I believe over $700. In reviewing the parts that were used they came out to less then $25. Will never use them again.Len The Plumber, Inc.

The plumber was here and very professional. He explained everything to me so I would understand what had to be done.
My husband used your company for years before he died. And so have I been using the company. Give my Tech a great score.

Work was priced reasonably and completed successfully. Only issue is it took longer than i anticipated as the technician had to leave and come back with a part he needed to complete the repair.Len The Plumber, Inc.
