      I had a paid subscription to one of Money Map Press services and when i cancelled i requested that they remove my e-mail from their data base as i did not want to receive any further solicitations or promotional material from them. I continue to receive these e-mails even thought i have tried many times to "unsubscribe" from their mailings. I have also called several time over the last month or two to speak to customer service asking them to stop. Each time they say to give it week. The last call was almost 2 weeks ago and yet they persist with these unwanted e-mails. To make matters worse when i do unsubscribe form the e-mails they simple double up and send the send e-mail as duplicates or triplicates. They added me to lists for their publications that i did not request in the first first and they have refused (by virtue of their inaction to my repeated requests) to remove me from their unwanted e-mails. I now consider this to be harassment and flooding on my account with SPAM.

      just to let you know, someone from Money Map did call. In true professional fashion they did not leave a full name or even a call back number. So there was no way for me to follow up. If this is what they want to consider a response to my complaint then it is indicative of their dismissive attituded and lack of regard for dealing with their former customers.

      In 2017, I subscribed to the ************* on a 1-month trial for $5. I upgraded to a 1-year membership for $19.99. Then, I upgraded to a lifetime membership for $495. I was required to pay $19.99 each year. Totaling about $****** the fall of 2022, the Nova X report was discontinued. I guess "Lifetime" means the lifetime that they decide. The membership was replaced by the Money Map Report. Something that they claim is a $299 value. I didn't ask for this. I didn't pay for this. I purchased the Lifetime Nova X report. Therefore, since they are not going to honor this subscription, I would like a ********* 2017, I signed up for the Money Calendar Alert to receive 1 options trade a week. Then I upgraded to Money Calendar Pro to receive 2 options trades each week. After that, I purchased a lifetime Money Calendar membership. My cost was $3,000. Plus $195 a year for the last 5 years. Totaling $3,975 None of the guarantees of making double my money, being satisfied or my money back, a trip to ******* to meet the team, a free ticket to a conference, et cetera were honored. I called in asking for my money back in 2017, 2018, 2019, and 2020. In 2019, I was only receiving only 1 option trade a week. Since COVID, I only received 1 or 2 trades a month! I asked if my membership could be changed to a different service. I asked that same question again in 2021. In 2022, Money Calendar was replaced by the Fast Fortune Club. Another lifetime service that no longer was *********** August of 2022, I filed a BBB complaint and MMP changed my Fast Fortune Club to Microcurrency trader. This membership requires $295 a year. I appreciate their trying to work with me by changing my subscription. Even that isn't being delivered as promised. Refund the Nova X lifetime membership fee of $495 Refund the Money Calendar and Money Calendar Pro fees of $3,000 rather than forcing me to accept the Money Map Report or Fast Fortune Club. A goodwill gesture of $975 would also be appreciated.

      Yes, we were able to speak on the phone. I still believe you should be able to refund my money for the Fast Fortune Club, which used to be Money Calendar and Money Calendar Pro. It has NEVER been as described and the trades are all losing trades. I've attached a few screenshots that show some of the portfolio. Img 1756-1758

      I respect that you have opted to provide me with access to the Microcurrency Trader. And I understand that the market right now is really down so it is hard to find profitable trades. However, that is what you guys do. That's why people pay for your services. Also, even the trades before the bear market were not profitable. I've also attached some screenshots of the portfolio.       It is clear that the trades provided in either service have not been profitable.

      I still believe the best course of action to make all of us happy is to provide me with a refund of the membership charge.

      Like I said, I am very willing to cover the NovaX report and accept the change to the Money Map Report.

      I'm also willing to pay for the annual service charges that have happened during the past several years of losing trades.

      What I'm asking for is a refund of $3,000 and we both stay happy. You keep the money you make from me on the services but refund the membership fee. I'll stay a satisfied customer of the ********************** Map Report but will no longer have any other subscriptions.

      That seems like a very fair compromise considering the service has been significantly not as promised.

      This is an investment company that offers to take your money & put into several investments. But as stated sometime ago what they were going to do, we haven't been contacted with any information on investments with our monies.
      I know this can take time but in the meantime they also received additional funds with no contact. I went to look up the company & 1 of the founders & he is not with them, but now has another company.

      I subscribed to the 'Double Your Account Challenge' on 31st October 2022 which I paid $2145 for. There was an advertisement video which was very misleading and promised 'doubling your account in 60 days'. I have been disappointed with the product and service. I contacted customer service on 5th November 2022 through email and was advised to call their phone number. When asked about a refund the agent on the phone simply hung up.

      No the business did not provide a satisfactory response. I am on a disability pension, and have speech difficulties, yet they kept insisting on discussing over the phone. In emails they were also unhelpful and have misled me about the opportunity to 'double my money' in 60 days through a challenge. I have attempted to discuss with the organisation for over a month, yet they haven't provided any opportunities for cancellation and refund.

      I watched a video to join Angels and Entrepreneurs. During the video 3 people were talking (Robert ******** from Shark Tank was one of the people) about a unique opportunity to invest in start-up companies. They claimed that you could receive 1,000x return on your investment beginning with as little as $100.00. They made it sound like the only way you are ever going to hear about these opportunities is if you join Angels & Entrepreneurs. I joined and paid $495.00 to upgrade to a lifetime membership. It turns out that most of these start-up companies are available on the major crowd funding platforms like Wefunder, Startengine and Republic. Most of these investments require more than $100.00 and what they don't tell you is these investments are very risky with a 3-10 year hold time & that you could loose all of the money. They also lead you to believe that they have spent many hours vetting the best companies and the more companies that you invest in the better chance of finding a (unicorn). Basically a businesses that can achieve a worth of 1 billion dollars without being quoted on the Stock Exchange. They hold back the information on the best start-ups to get you to part with more money for a service called Private Deal Flow. I paid $1,995 for a 1 year membership. Since Angels & Entrepreneurs & Private Deal Flow memberships were worthless, I got sold on a faster moving train called Gunslingers Trading Alliance where you invest in SPAC's that could make you money within a couple of weeks to a couple of months. Every one of Shaw ********* recommendations is in the red. In September 2022 he recommended closing all of your open positions & that SPAC's will likely stay out of favor for the next couple of months. I paid $1,950 for a two year membership. I also invested in Alternative Wealth Network ($495) & Microcurrency Trader ($1,295) with Tom ******** All of his recommendations are in the red. I would like a complete refund of all my money asap. Thank you.

      Purchased Warlocks World trading program for a 1 year subscription on 9/25/22 for $2134.28 and if the program was not for me, would refund at 30 days upon request. On 10/07/22 they offered a lifetime subscription to the same program with many additional benefits for an additional $2183.53 again with the promise at 30 days a full refund would be available. So at the end of the original 30 days I requested a refund of the entire amount of which they indicated a large portion of the amount was non-refundable. After some much heated discussion it was stated that a full refund of 4317.81 would be refunded to my account and that I would be forever banned from doing business with them forever. They immediately closed my account and shows that I am banned. I initiated this call on 10/25/22 in the morning. I have yet to see any refund and no longer have access to my purchase. At the present time I do not feel that any refund will be forthcoming based on the conversation on the phone. I could be wrong but am not hopeful.

      I want this directed to Bob Keppel. I've been a subscriber since 2017 and invested in at least 6 of the traders "platforms". As a multiple subscriber I received two discount cards of $500 each to use for future purchases. I used one of them in the past and the other remains unused today. I'm interested in the two year membership to Shah's Hyperdrive Portfolio for $1950. A rep in customer service tells me I can't use my $500 gift from MMP because the program is already discounted. $1950-1995 is a common cost for the subscriptions and I believe I earned the $500 credit because of my loyalty. How can you make this happen for me?

      My name is Charlie ******* I am a psychotherapist representing an organization call The Soldier's House of Fremont County -we support local veterans. My client, Leon ****** has signed up for a service that he cannot make use of, and I believe was misled as to his ability to get his money refunded. The materials Mr. Carter received do not appear to be what was promised and when we have both tried to call to cancel and request a refund we have been denied, hung up on, and transferred to other unhelpful people.

      My client is a veteran, on a fixed income, and not very computer literate. He was offered an opportunity to have his money invested in such a manner that his $5000.00 would grow to $50,000.00. To do so he was charged over $600.00, and we fear this charge will be reoccurring. As I have stated both he and I have tried to reach out to the organization in the past two weeks and give them a chance to cancel and refund Leon's money to no avail.

      The purchase Mr. Carter made was for our publication Extreme Profit Hunters, for which he paid $595 on a quarterly basis instead of the full $5000 charge for a yearly subscription. When we run promotions with prices this low, a no-refund policy is typically associated with the purchase.

      However, under the circumstances, we are happy to offer a courtesy refund of the full $595.00 purchase. This will be returned to the credit card he used to make the original purchase in 3-5 business days.

      The Money Map Press falsely advertised investment publications that exaggerated the profit potential. Their recommendations lost me a substantial amount of money. Their entire portfolio is in the negative. They guaranteed 1000% gains and none of their recommendations have come close to that. When I reached out to them they recommended me to write a testimonial about my experience. They didn't try to resolve my complaints at all.

      However we were unable to complete this second set of refunds because of a chargeback proceeding you have begun against us through your credit card company. We cannot issue refunds for these purchases until the chargeback proceeding has concluded, which can take 6-8 weeks from the date it is initiated. If your credit card company rules in your favor, the refund will come from them; if not, then we will issue you a refund at that time.



      Beyond these four purchases, there is nothing left on your account with Money Map Press for us to refund. Any further issues with other Agora entities will need to be taken up with them directly.



      These refunds were given to you despite each of your purchases having strict and well-advertised no refund policies. Accordingly, we have banned you from future purchases with us and our affiliates.

      The company has not addressed any of the issues in my complaint. They also made no attempt to resolve the complaint. According to bank statements, I've paid them over $33,000 for their services over the past two years. Those four refunds don't even include half of the services that I purchased from them. I did my research and found that they were using fake testimonials. The names attached to the testimony are completely made up and the claims are extremely exaggerated. The Money Map Press has not acknowledged or given any explanation for the fraudulent activity. They didn't offer any resolution to me, so their response does not satisfy my issue with them.

      It is ridiculous that I have to come back here and make another complaint against MMP - this time for the Angel's & Entrpreneur's network. This subscription has ended up being nothing more than a sales machine for MMP. All they do is send upsell after upselling emails and for expensive subscriptions.
      In June 2020 I purchased a lifetime subscription for $499. For the first couple months all seemed fine but since then the subscription has been subpar. Certain things were promised each month, never received, etc... It became very salesy and a big disappointment! I tried to reach out to explain and obtain a refund a few times but was blown off. The most recent time was actually earlier today. And I keep getting told the same old MMP answer - sure they will cancel my subscription, but I will not receive a refund! What?! They even send me the terms but guess what, this subscription, just like all the others does NOT provide what the membership sales says it would. There's no real training on how to become an angel investor; the "deep dives" into a startup are about a minute long video stating that this would be a good investment, and the information they do give you can be found by anyone on one of the startup platforms. I would like a full refund of $499 processed back to me asap.
