    I made a reservation on July 8, 2024 for July 18-22, 2024. Your property received the full cost of the reservation $616.82 on that day. I received a notification from your property asking for a valid credit card for payment of the reservation. Since I had already paid I figured it was a mistake and called and emailed and never received any response. Reservation was cancelled on July 15, 2024 by your property. Since no one ever got back to me after more calls and sending emails showing proof of payment I called my bank and got a credit. After a review the bank has said they are reversing the money back to your property's answer was a copy of your no refund policy with cancellation. I didn't cancel your property did, and how can you think you have a right to money that you claimed you never received. Will be taking you to court if my money is returned to your company.

    Ms. W****, you filled a dispute thru your credit card company and the funds were not only withdrawn from our account but it was returned to your credit card 3 days after you filled the dispute.

    SCAMMER ARTIST!! Do not ever rent anything from this man. He cancels reservations last minute so he can re-book it for more money. The fact that ****** allows him to stay on their site is beyond unethical- it's fraudulent behavior that makes the company lose all integrity. I will never rent anything from this man, and it's my goal to get him off ******. STAY AWAY from anything this horrible man touches.

    Dear Ms. Karen.
    You made an online booking using ****** as your booking channel, was not a direct booking.
    We had informed not only ****** but yourself, well in advance that it was a maintenance issue with the property that you booked (which in our business sometimes occurred) and ****** FULLY REIMBURSED YOU!

    Scammer! He owns many properties and plays the game. Calls himself minority owned company, Likes to work angles that benefit only him. Cheap on cleaning, has communication initiated outside of ******, so he's left outside of the loop, and has no accountability. He willingly plays the part but does nothing after being communicated directly thru the app.
    Now that I'm joining the other 1 star reviews I see Gonzalo is a joke and so is his company.
    *Stay away!* Do not book a property with this person whether directly or thru *** ***.

    Marco, we had been working with ****** for over 10 years…
    We had hosted over 6000 guests and we have a 4.3 stars rating in ****** reviews only….
    Our company had been in business for over 29 years and counting.
    We are not your typical one unit rental owner.
    We have a team of people working, from guest service managers to our in house cleaning team.
    We dictate how we communicate with our guests to assure a safe communication when you provide check in codes.
    We had been doing this for 29 years and it won’t change anytime soon.

    On March 27th, my husband and I had to cancel our reservation through *********** for our trip to Baltimore. We had until April 21st to cancel our reservation for free. My husband first attempted to contact the property owner on March 29th and was not able to get anyone on the phone and so he left a message. Once again, he called on April 2nd and had to leave a message. So, he contacted *********** on April 4th and they informed him they would leave him a message as well. Finally, on April 10th, my husband was able to speak with the property manager, who informed him that we needed to send an email through *********** showing our cancellation. A short time after my husband followed through and sent the email, I contacted the property manager to see if he received the email. I just wanted to make sure it went through. The property manager G****** snapped at me for calling and then informed me that he was not in front of a computer to see. I stated that was fine and when could I call back to find out if he received it. He gave me a 2-hour time frame, so I called back around 4:25pm yesterday. His phone had a strange message telling me to put his number in on a messaging service, however it told me he was not a subscriber. I called multiple times more and texted. At 5:07pm, he left a voicemail stating he had not received the email and that we would not communicate except through ***********. *********** called and at 5:27pm, he informed them that he was not in front of his email, and he would check the next day at 9:00am. I contacted *********** around 12:30pm and he informed them that he had not looked at his email and was unable to answer the question. I called *********** again he is not answering his phone. So, thanks to Chase Street Properties, I will have to wait until April 17th, contact ***********, show proof of payment, and then must wait another 7 to 10 business days for our refund.
