Paid for an extended warranty. Tried to use it at another darcars they couldn’t find my service warranty for a very long time. Called and emailed to cancel my warranty plan within the allowed timeframe. Emailed the cancellation agreement. That agreement was never sent in. I called to confirm they said yep it’s all settled. They never submitted it. I’ve been waiting for a refund since June 10th. This company wanted their kick back for signing me up. And didn’t care about my money being returned.

Bought a Toyota Camry 2021 with Darcars and they ******* me with 1200$ for a gap insurance that I didn’t even need because I already had it with ***** and 3 years latter from when i bought my car i found out that thing it was opcional and not the lie they told me and i could cancel it at anytime and get the remain balance back and I decided to cancel the gap insurance at 3 year of use with my contract and they should’ve reimburse half of the money that i paid for and not 200, and after 4 months from when i cancel it The general manager called me and telling me they can only reimburse me 200$, this is unethical, dishonest and more like a **** because i only used half of the time and not the 6 years of terms, its was pretty simple to resolve an issue like this and not to decide to keep my money, they will rather take this direction with their costumers than resolved the right way and do the right thing, im waiting from them to resolved if not i will keep filling complaints and reviews so everyone can hear my experience

My family had our 2022 Sienna towed to this location to get 2 new FOBs; we bought the car used and it only came with one FOB. Jason (a nice guy) quoted one part of the two part project for 480 and Jessica quoted it for 700 something. I said that I shouldn't have to pay for another's mistake. She indicates that she has to get a supervisor to approve a reduced rate; she's an assistant supervisor and she never tells me that until I ask. She claims it's not in her power to cut the cost, but since Friday of last week, no managers ever returned my calls. I'm sent an invoice that's not itemized that is reduced, however once I call them to confirm it the parts that they ordered weren't ready for use; the keys had to be laser cut and that was going to cost US an additional 200 per key. NO ONE TOLD US THAT THAT WAS GOING TO BE A FEE! Nor did they say that it was required. Separately, they said there were two ways they could get in the car, one of which was to use a wedge, balloon, and slim Jim; they said they needed my go ahead as they could chip paint. For this cheaper option, I asked if they'd repaint any chips they caused. They said no. I asked if they could give us a loaner Toyota and they quoted us 80-100 dollars per day. So in summary, I was told that the work would be more $$, that they wouldn't correct any damages, that the parts they ordered required more work on them and additional costs that were never disclosed, and so far no supervisor/manager, has returned my calls. They're unprofessional, rude, and are dishonest tacking on additional work and costs.

I'm writing this letter as a 35 year loyal Toyota owner, unfortunately that may not hold true in the future as I feel the Darcars Toyota dealership in Baltimore City has been unprofessional, dishonest and had no concern for my safety for nearly six months.
I went to Darcars because my check engine and AVS lights were on. I also want you to know I purchased my Toyota there and have done maintenance there. They did diagnostic evaluation ($183.75). Then told me I need eleven hundred dollars or so to get repaired for parts and labor. I requested a copy of the bill that had on it the codes for parts and cost. The advisor informed me I could not have it. I informed her I had to talk with my husband first before making a decision.
I called back a few days later, and had difficulty getting hold of the advisor as it was the Christmas Holidays. They never called me back. So, on 12/27/2022 I was informed the parts needed to repair my vehicle were to be paid for by me ahead of time. for $502.84. They said it would be a month or so. A month became March, then April came and went. They said June 22. They never called me with updates. I initiated the call/or email with a request for updates. I had called customer relations in April, they did get back to me with the same ETA date Darcars had given me on April 19.
I contacted Toyota Corporate USA. Faxed them a lot of informational papers regarding the situation and my concern. They (Cherly) called me X2 and left a message. I called the corporate phone number, I had no extension or direct way to contact the person who called because she did not give it to me. Yes, she gave me a case number but that did not help.
I felt stressed and sometimes afraid to drive my car, not knowing if its safe.
After getting no help or support, I just wanted a refund which I asked for and was informed I would not be reimbursed for the cost of diagnostic evaluation for $183.00, and only receive $460.00 of the $502.00 I paid.

I Purchased vehicle December 27, 2022. Transaction wasn’t finalized until April 2023, Temporary registration expired. Very unprofessional incompetent dealership/staff. The general manager would not speak to me in reference to concerns I had with transaction.
Finance manager (Ezekiel) wasn’t very informed for someone that does that job on a daily basis. Darcar Consumer affairs department was of no help either, (Sherlene *****) it’s all in the house. This is the second vehicle I’ve purchased from darcar.
I will not do business with any darcar dealerships moving forward and would not recommend this dealership to anyone for that matter.

Deceiving customers is not a way to do business and call yourself “MVP” of sales, Raj! You lied to me and told me you had the model that I wanted but I when I I showed up you said you didn’t have it. The fuck!
