      5/23/2025 my dealership was voluntarily blocked from the auction. The reason being is for a dispute I have against the *** which they are saying I cant buy cars in Maryland because Im an out of state dealer. This is not grounds for denial access being thousands of out of state dealers attend every Thursday. My dispute with the *** has nothing to do with BSC America this is a voluntary block they have done which is not fair due to the fact they need to block every other out of state dealer from buying in md. My dealings and sales and md is between me and the dmv. As a customer of theres I have the right to buy from the auction. What I do outside the auction does not affect my business with them and never have. Ive called auction access they also agreed Im doing nothing wrong

      Car was towed here after repo, I reinstated the loan with my car company and now bel air auto auction will not give me the car back

      This is in reference to a redemption of a repossessed vehicle. We received the release on Saturday 7-22-2023 from the lien holder authorizing us to release this unit. We are closed on Saturday's and Sunday's. On Monday 7-24-2023 we took possession of the release. We schedule redemptions by appointment only and have set up an appointment for this redemption for Wednesday 7-26-2023 a 2:30 pm.
