      On their website there is no way to delete a payment method. I don't want a **** subscription to swimming lessons. That is stupid. Considering I'm in a situation to where I can't take him every week the class is scheduled. They have worked with me to bring him in another date on the weeks I have him, which is great but unsustainable for our schedule for the long term. The time has come to stop payments. I emailed the contact email the front desk gave me to stop payments. It has been 3 weeks without a response which I view as very unprofessional. And as you can see in the screenshots provided, this business still charged my card. This is completely unacceptable. I have clearly desired for them to not charge me. There's got to be something illegal about this. If this payment goes through I will be seeking a refund. This is bull c***

      This incident happened in late July when my children were scheduled to have a makeup class on a Sunday afternoon which I had confirmed with one of the staff the day prior (was confirmed that it is a 12:45pm the following day). When we arrived for the said class, the manager (*****) said we were not scheduled for the day. I wanted to try to fix the situation but the manager was not helping instead used words like youre stressing me out, were done here, youre disrespectful and many more. With that said i asked her to cancel my registration and asked for a refund tonwhich the manager replied we didnt charge you anything, you paid us and we have no refund policy. I want a refund because we didnt use any of the sessions i paid for because of the rudeness of the manager.

      Hello,

      This matter has been resolved with the customer/complainant. **** ******, the new acting manager of the **** Valley location reached out to the customer to let her know that the previous manager (***** *****) that she had the issue with is no longer with the company any longer. Kids First Swim School also offered the customer a $20 coupon to return to swim lessons with our company and the customer agreed. The customer is back using our services and is very happy now with her experience.

      Hi. Thank you for the response. I want to let you know that no one reached out to us to offer a $20 discount to go back to the swim school and also my children are NOT  currently in the swim school. Unfortunately,  I dont think we are going to put our children back in Kids First Swim School  after the incident. I would like to ask for a refund of the tuition that was never used as a result of the hurtful words from the previous manager.

      I purchases (4) four Christmas swimming tickets for my grandchildren in December 2020 as Christmas gifts right before the pandemic occur for over $700. The facility (located in Turnersville, NJ) closed in January 2021 and has not opened up for services. I called the facility and it has changed ownership to a different franchise. I am requesting a refund for services never given. I have proof of purchase (receipt) including tickets as stocking stuffers from facility. Please, provided me with more information and how I am able to receive my refund.

      KIDS FIRST Swim Schools has emailed and called the complainant in an effort to provide a refund for the gift certificates purchased. Once a response is received, the company will ask that the complainant return the gift certificates, then a refund for the purchase price will be provided.

      I paid for my four year old and 12 year old to take a swim class so that they could be safer around the water. My four year old was placed in the water with nine other children and one young instructor. She was not watched the entire time and I had to come into the pool area to keep her safe at one point when she was wondering out into the pool, which her and other children did without being noticed.

      I would like a credit for the classes but am being told that is not their policy.

      The way they structure the classes are not safe.
