    Dear Better Business Bureau, on 1/2/2023 I added $30 to my card from www.scheffreslaundry.com, card # *******. I added the money at their kiosk at *******************************Arlington, VA ********** and the amount isn’t being reflected on my card. I emailed the company, and they haven’t responded to me.

    Hello,

       As per our conversation this morning, I tried to contact the resident that placed the complaint and left them a voicemail to call me back so I can refund the $30.00 they lost. 
       The complaint came into our Sales email instead of our Service one and our service team overlooked it by mistake.

    The business arbitrarily deducts money/funds from cards and had no transaction tracking mechanisms that clients have access to. Funds keep getting deducted from the laundry cards even when not in use. Complaint had been made to the business and they keep trying to avoid resolution by transferring from one agent to another.
