      I signed up yesterday for what I thought was 80/20 until I met the $2500 deductible. Thinking the max I would pay other than the monthly premium. Was not true. It was an 80/20 with no ceiling, and no deductible. I was told the annual wellness visit was covered under the policy, thinking I paid nothing, not true it also was at 80/20. all this was not the kicker though. When I called to ask questions about it the customer support tried to make me think this was my fault and and that I misunderstood. I didn't misunderstand I was specific in the questions I asked and I was lied to to get the sale. I tried to cancel the next day, 4 phone calls 6 tranfers, and was hung up on 4 times. 1 person (Jonathan) told me that if I cancel i would be RED Flagged and I couldn't get insurance so I should just stay there. When I told Jonathan that I wanted him to repeat what he said cause i wanted to record it, he hung up on me. Over 3 hours on thee phone, and still no luck cancelling with them. I have no choice but to do a chargeback on my card. What a horrible experience!!!

      This is a scam. Do not call them. I spent months trying to cancel. The health care doesn’t even cover preventive annual exams. They add on services you don’t need for $100 per month like will preparation. Go anywhere except here.

      Felt like I was lied to. one dr visit and blood work at local hospital. they pd $17.00 on the dr visit and i had to pay over $500.00 for blood work. the only thing i used them for all year ouch!!! hopefully new insurance will be better. The only thing worse was calling the questin line asking for help. What a mess

      Do not.. I repeat do not get this insurance. I never got a card in the mail or was ever told anything about any sort of refund policy. I had to delete my card.
      They claimed to work with government healthcare plans and they dont. If you try and cancel youll be transferred to 7 different people, put on hold, then if you want a refund you'll need a card on file and if you cancel your plan your refund has to be reviewed by "management"
      I filed a claim with my bank. Dont get this.

      I am receiving bills. I have talked to 20 people. Angie is telling me I am covered for the services everyone else is saying i have a limited plan. I would have never signed up for insurance that my wellness visits were not covered. I spent an hour and half with the agent making sure that i was covered with everything. I have been able to get the agents ID # W4234584. I want to talk to the person that sold me this insurance. I am getting the run around 20 people and 10 phone numbers. Not acceptable!!!!!!!!!!

      Advised me that a plan would cover a specific drug and told me I'd have coverage for my prescription. Found out $650 dollars later after being reassured by 3 separate customer service reps that my medication WOULD be covered, that is wasn't. Asked for a full refund only to be told I was past the point that a refund was possible.

      We had called before the 30 day refund and cancelation window to confirm that our coverage was valid for the doctors and medication we needed. We chose not to cancel at that point as a THIRD representative assured us we had coverage.

      I was refunded but still have not seen the refund. The person who issued the refund said they were doing it "out of the kindness of their heart" ... ummm... really?!

      How about not lying to us about drug coverage to sell us a plan. The person who sold us the plan was unreachable for the entire time. Very shady. In my opinion a complete scam.

      Shameful and hurtful.

      $650 is a lot for a lie.

      I can't believe they would manipulate nice people like that.

      Most of the customer service reps were kind on the phone but a couple were so nasty and rude we couldn't even justify the phone call. Hold times of over an hour kept us on the phone dealing with these criminals.

      When we explained the situation that we documented VERY well to each individual they only offered for us to cancel and never acknowledged the original lies regarding falsely promised coverage.


      Criminals. Truly.

      I was told upon signing up that numerous doctors were in their network and that the Bethany Elite health share system was the largest in the country. I have not found 1 doctor that is in their plan. Most of the doctors on their website never even heard of Bethany Elite. So now I cannot see any doctor and need to find a new health insurance carrier. Hopefully nothing catastrophic occurs to me or my family. Oh and don’t bother calling them as they rarely answer their phone.
