      I would never, ever recommend Ashley Furniture to anyone especially if you are financing. I was charged an interest payment after I had already paid off the balance. It seems like an attempt to keep people from paying off their total balance. If I had not paid close attention to this account I never would have known my balance was no longer $0. When I called and asked about the charge, I was given a lame excuse that the terms of the financing had changed but I was never made aware of any changes to the terms. Ashley Furniture should be ashamed and I will forever go out of my way to tell anyone who will listen about my horrible experience. Save your money and shop elsewhere.

      I purchased a TV Stand from Ashley Furniture - since it is not a stock item we had them deliver to us. In the store we were offered two prices for delivery - one for drop off and one for "white glove" meaning they can bring the item into your home and put it in place for you.
      Upon delivery my husband realized we needed to put this item together (not happy) and after unboxing to realize that there is a part missing. We followed the steps to get the correct part out to us; however now we are getting the run around on when we will actually receive the part. What turned out to be 2 weeks for receiving the needed part is now 6 weeks.
      When I ask to speak with a manager all I get is we are sorry we are doing the best we can and someone can get back to me in 24-72 hours.
      This is beyond frustrating - I have let my friends and family to NEVER purchase anything from your company. If I could give you ZERO stars I would.

      My husband and I purchased a living room set a king size bed, and a dresser upon delivery. They only bought the dresser. No one informed me that my living room set was pulled and the king size bed was pulled out of stock. When I called on December 13 to reschedule my order I spoke with someone and they told me that all my items would be delivered on December 23 I called the store and asked them what happened to the rest of my merchandise that’s when I was told my orders was pulled on December 07 and December 10. I was told that I had to re-order everything over again which I told him that’s not happening so I asked for a refund they told me 14 to 21 days for finance to actually review and then distribute our check which I paid cash over $5000 in that store, so every time I call Enrique inquire about when am I receiving my money they haven’t had a response back from finance or when they be able to cut me a check and when they cut the check is going to be between 14 to 21 days but they can’t expedite my check because they messed up on their behalf. I will never recommend anyone to go to Ashley‘s furniture ever again is a rip off .

      I bought a set of Sofa, rocking chair and a love seat back in July of 2023 (this is January 2024). They delivered the whole set and were not able to get the Sofa inside my house so they left it in my garage. I made multiple calls and spent multiple hours on the phone for four months. They finally delivered a replacement in November of 2023 which was another love seat. Delivery people decided to force the sofa inside my house and ended up damaging the sofa. We asked them to put in the love seat as agreed upon and they refused. They said "we will get in trouble if we take back damaged furniture". They left us with damaged furniture. I have been trying to contact the corporate office ever since and no resolution as of 1/3/2024. The way this corporate treat customers is UNBELIEVABLE. It's unethical. It's causing people high anxiety and stress. Just check out reviews on Google and mistreatment of customers is beyond unbelievable. This business shouldn't be allowed operate here in the United States of America. I wish I would have checked out the reviews before spending thousands of dollars. I'm paying for the furniture I don't have. Is there any company that represents customers that can please help here? Please DO NOT BUY from Ashley Furniture Home Store.

      If I could give zero stars, I would. I bought my living room furniture for my house back in 2020 at the Harrisburg location. The experience at the store and buying the furniture was fine, but we were convinced to buy the warranty protection plan because we have dogs and a son and figured it would cover a lot of things that could potentially happen. Well this summer my son spilled my nail polish that was in the living room, on my ottoman. I filed a claim with the company, and although it took some time, they approved my claim for a full replacement for the ottoman. I am not going to waste my time with all of the details, but it has been an absolute NIGHTMARE dealing with them to figure out how to get my ottoman. The warehouse has called and said they have it, I paid to have it delivered to the Harrisburg location, then weeks go by and they say they never received my payment and they put the item on the floor to sell since they didn't get a payment. So the order was replaced and now it is finally back in the warehouse, and the Harrisburg location claims they have no notes or record of any ottoman order. The Philadelphia location and Harrisburg location have no clue what the others are talking about. I call one number and get one answer and call another and get a completely different answer. They have also been rude and very snarky to me. I am SICK of it. It has taken up so much of my time and I will NEVER shop at Ashely's again.

      If I could give zero stars I would but I bought a couch, love seat, and ottoman from Ashley furniture and purchased the warranty which I was told covered EVERYTHING. Stains, rips, everything under the sun. Well now I have a broken couch and the loveseat is starting to break too in the middle of my couch and I’m told it’s not covered when I was told by the salesperson it would be. I get they make you sign a paper but I was trusting my salesperson to not just try to scam me and just make a sale. I bought so much furniture from here and now I’ll never go back. I’m stuck with this broken furniture now.

      What a terrible business! Awful customer service. After taking $1017 fro my account, they delivered to the wrong state, argued with me and then finally reached out to *** ** to see that I was indeed telling the truth. And then proceeded to give me a really hard time about getting a refund; insisting I need to go in person to a store!!! Over 3 hours away from me!!! Furious. I will never again buy from them.

      It has been more than 3 weeks since Ashley Furniture delivered a damaged sofa that I have been attempting to have returned & my money refunded. Ashley refuses to respond to my numerous emails & phone calls. Ashley Furniture is a scam company with the worst customer service.

      Bought a reclining sofa had for a month had problems took me about 20 phone calls to get it resolved and never talked to the same person and they are out of state. They could never find my info. Sent out a technician who had no clue and sent wrong parts 3 times
      Finally got one part replaced and waiting for repair on the other side and they have made me send pictures 3 times and explain again what is wrong. Horrible customer service and the store employees will not help. Will never go again and gave them bad reviews.
