      Tuesday 15 NOV 2022, my husband and I were having some work done on our house so we decided to rent a room for a few hours. i went on priceline and found this hotel wanted to call to request an hour early checkin. the hotel reservation is outsourced through reservationdesk.com.
      My confirmation # is 348320285.
      When we get to the hotel they dont have any running water. we immediately ask front desk when the water wlll be back on and she tells us she doesnt know when I asked to check out the receptionist tells us we have to go through reservationdesk. We leave with all of our stuff to go get dinner we call an hour later still no water. we contacted reservationdesk and put in a claim for refund that we didnt stay 5 mins and they contacted the hotel. The hotel manager denied the refund bc they said there was a solution in place. More than 2 hrs passed and still no running water at hotel. they took my contact info for manager to contact me but they will not and refused refund through reservationdesk which the purchase was made please assist.

      I recently stayed at the Comfort Inn BWI location. I booked for 2 days (Sept 9-11th) only stayed for one because the first room we were placed in wasn't acceptable at all and they were "sold out" so we waited till 6 am to be able to get a rental car and contacted booking about the conditions. Upon walking in our room, it was horrid, the walls covered in filth. There was dried blood on the wall and mattress. Fresh stains all over the bed skirt. We were on the 4th floor and there was a broken window; the window was being held but wood, tape and plexiglass. No smoke detector. The bathroom was very dirty, the shower rod wasn't stable we were scared to move the shower curtain. Just everything in that room was cringe worthy. After contacting booking where we promised to be refunded for the first night because we couldn't stay in that room let alone take a shower after getting off a flight and checking in at 1:30/2 am. That promise was not kept in fact the GM told choice hotels that we stayed (which is lie) we didn't stay there the first night we left and once we got our rental, we were told our room was switched. The second room was better but still disgusting as well. I would like the promises to be kept on AT LEAST the first night. The part that really gets me is that they are scamming people into a drug infested, filthy hotel and telling people they're under "renovations" NO. That hotel is FILTHY and needs demolition. They are a BIG difference between filth and nastiness and renovations. If this isn't resolved soon, I will be taking further actions as my breathing and health was also comprised due to poor air quality because none of the vents were cleaned, I checked after I started having breathing issues. I've contacted the front desk since Saturday 2 am to yesterday September 14th and I was told there wasn't even record that I had an issue. So not only are they still disregarding this situation they're LYING to cover their tracks. THIS PLACE NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN.
