    This hotel is currently under construction. Myself and husband and small child which was sick at the time could not get any rest at this hotel with all the drilling and banging going on over top of our heads for more than 4 hours. When we spoke to the front desk she told us that she would stop the construction out of courtesy to the customers but never did so the drilling and banging continued for several more hours. Do not stay at this hotel currently it is under construction and they are not being honest with their customers but they are study taken our money.

    Dishonest, and money hungry. We used this place to simply park our car for a cruise, and the attendant refused to talk until we gave a reservation ID from Parkway Parking. After that, he immediately wanted me to pay the balance to him directly which was $43. When I asked when will the shuttle arrive, he told me there is none, the last shuttle left at 10AM, you can get Uber. I told him that would not be useful for us, he then told me you can cancel it. I asked him to refund my money and he refused, saying I cannot make him refund my money that would have to come from Parkway Parking. I then called Parkway Parking directly and was on hold for another 40 minutes, by this time I was already at the Port of Baltimore, where I parked my car. Parkway Parking refunded me my down-payment, but informed me that I have to get my $43 back from the hotel directly. I called the hotel and of course the attendant refuses to refund my money. Be very careful with these people, they are pariah's, they simply want your money and provide minimal service and information. I would really look for elsewhere. If you do use them, be very careful of the charges they do on your card, and make sure you understand everything before you swipe your card.
