    I had my electricity redone throughout my whole house. Outside was never done plus holes in my walls and flooring tore up. I was told by Robert it would be fixed after they were done. It was never done. They came to look at the damage and said they would fix it plus put more lighting in like I requested, and they never did not respond to me. They took my daughter's fan blade and hardware that they were supposed to install and never got back they said they would replace it but never did.

    The contractor never finished the job. All the did was put sheet rock up and never fixed the attic floor. They left a Hugh sheet rock slab on my front porch and a huge bag of garbage on my front porch. They never came back and patched anything after multiple time of trying to contact them. Harveys Electric came out and saw the holes in my walls and floor and said they would come back and fix the rest of the electrical but never did. Robert said he would come back and fix the holes he also took my daughter's fan blade and metal piece that goes to it. The front electrical of my house was never done and the lighting in my kitchen was never finished. I have several emails and text proving I have tried to get ahold of them with no response. I even had to get aggressive asking them why they won't respond. I would've never agreed to the holes if Robert didnt say he would fix them after. He said it to me in front of my daughter and the other employee that was with him.

    not all the work was done. There is outlets in front of the house that were never done/touched. I had my daughters fan blade and parts to it stollen. they told us to send a photo of what we wanted so they could replace it and they never did. they came and looked at the house and said they would finish the work but never did. I have several emails proving I have tried to contact them with no response. They did have someone come to patch the holes but that was never finished because it was never spackled, just sheet rock screwed into the holes.
    I was never given a contract and never received and itemized bill, they said ME "I would also like to see the itemized receipt for all these items and why I am being overcharged." THEM "I do not have an itemized list, as we get invoices once a month and include items from all job performed. We do apply a 30% markup on items, which is standard.

    "The point was he said he was gonna come back and do some more for free. I've actually done most of it myself. But he took a piece of my daughters fan blade and said he would be back to install it and never did. I understand about the holes and yes I agreed to them as long as they were covered back up. I've texted him several times getting excuses back. All I want is these holes in my walls fixed and the floor boards in the attic fixed as that was cut up too, and my daughter's fan blade back. Thank you."

    ANOTHER EMAIL WITH NO RESPONSE
    So I know you're probably tired of me lol but I have a problem.
    I noticed as I was trying to hang Christmas lights the plugs outside are not working. Robert said that the fourth switch in my house where the front door is was to work the outside switches. Well, it's not working nor were the plugs updated it looks like. I paid a lot of money to have my house re-wired and it wasn't fully done. I have been homeless before trying to figure out lighting at night so electricity is precious to me plus this is my home, I've never had a home just apartments, trailers, tents so to be able to have a nice home isn't to much to ask.

    Also, the guy who came to look at the damage Robert left said he would put in a light in the kitchen where Robert failed to ask if that's where I wanted my light.

    And lastly, what ever happened to the replacement of the fan? I sent a photo of what my daughter was asking for.

    ive attached the estamates they gave me and what they charged. I was told it was going to be a three day job that took more then two weeks.
