      My wife and I have been with Geico for several years. In 2022 Geico raised our Insurance premium 25% in 6 months. I assume it was an error, but a call to Geico confirmed the increase. Represented stated no changes to our policy and we didn't do anything to warrant the increase. The increase is just a routine increase for policy holders in your state. Who raises insurance premiums 25% in 6 month, Geico, that's who.

      The people answering the phone for qoutes at the classic car insurance section for Geico are TOTALLY NASTY! NOT HELPFUL AT ALL. There prices are not to much different then regular Geico and the representitives with regular Geico are helpful and nice. Do yourself a favor and DON'T deal worth these nasty people.

      Hello my name is Joyce B***** claim for property damage ive been talking with Jeremy C***(supervisor) & Johnathon A*****(manager) about getting my property damage claim check reissued because i deposited the check into my account in error and it was returned on 7/19/22 for missing endorsement per BOA. Ive been trying to get a new check for 3 weeks however Jonathon finally reached out to me on 8/12/22 stating he got a response from Geico Treasury Department stating it will take 60 to 90 days before they can reissue my property damage check. Can someone please help me get my new check expedited because ive sent bank of america documentation and/or done everything that they have ask me to do. fyi first check # for 3014.07 dated 7/7/22. Thanks for your assistance with this matter. FYI TERRENCE E****** (DIRECTOR ADJUSTER)IS aware of this issue.

      Have an active Geico auto claim and need my claim adjuster to reimburse me for an out-of-pocket cost that is related to my treatment. But to my surprise and astonishment, this rude, ill-mannered agent does not want to act according to their policy and procedures
      Tried to reach their office supervisor several times without any response. What a shame!
      I am a thirty (30) year client of Geico. But this low-end, low-class treatment is completely unacceptable.
      If anyone is looking for a reputable, no hassle insurance company, please call American Family Insurance.
      And to Geico, what happened to the excellent customer service you used to provide to your clients?

      If I was able to choose a negative star, I would choose 5. Geico (scumbags) have become a lying, deceitful company with no respect to their customers. On one occasion our glass coverage was dropped and this can only be done by our request which it was not! Secondly, the DOT, who do a spectacular job on our highways, left potholes and my gas tank was ruptured. The SB Eric M***** will put my claim in using a used gas tank and BMW will not warranty this tank. Eric, who is nothing more than a fucking moron and GREEN, sucks as a insurance adjuster who screws the GEICO customer.

      If I could do 0 stars instead of one I would .We were with geico fir over 35 years no claims. Always kept raising our rates. So went to State Farm. One of their drivers pulled out of a parking spot on Saturday and hit my wife's car. By looking at her car you can tell she hit my wife's car . Their adjuster said he couldn't tell. Either he is blind or in my opinion incompetent. Not surprised with this company saying that are not responsible at all . Wish I could post a picture for everyone to see. Typical of geico all about money. So now we are required to pay for loaner and deductible $1000.00. Beware of Geico.

      If I could submit negative stars…DONE. On one occasion they dropped glass coverage and when I requested how this happens, the FH rep replied, either I or my wife ask for it to be dropped. Both of us never requested this! The second occasion just happened when my gas tank ruptured while hilling a pothole on the LIE. I called for a rental and the FH rep said we don’t have rental insurance! Therefore on both occasions we were blindsided by coverage we had, to not having it because GEICO just drops us and the fight begins. 24 years of loyalty and GEIOC fucks us. There SH rep, Eric Martin went to see the car and because he was able to locate a used gas tank, he told the BMW mechanic to use that but no warranty for the used tank will be issued. Fuck guy Geico

      2 years ago I had a policy with GEICO,but I decided to switch company’s so I gave them a call and told them I was switching to the general the year of 2020 so after that’ I decided this year of 2022 i would purchase a plan with then again and I did a application and it didn’t indicate that I owed them previously so I went ahead and bought the policy,but then I look into my account and GEICO took $899 dollors from my 401k retirement,so I called them and they said I had ti show them proof I switched to the general and I sent them a email that showed proof I had insurance with the genral the day I talked to them on the phone when I switched policies April of 2020,there saying because I had a lapse may31 2020 but Reinstated June 6 2020 they can’t back date it back to April 2020 the day I called and switched and canceled,also it’s not my fault there agent didn’t put that I canceled in the notes so they were charging me insurance the whole time I was with the general and I feel that’s not fare and those are sleezy business tactics because im showing proof I switched the lapse with another company isn’t there business

      Geico is an atrocity to the human race. I was hit on June 4th and initially processed a claim through the insurance company of the person that hit me. My car was deemed a total loss but bc he was underinsured, they couldn't pay me out since it exceeded the max on his policy. The claim was transferred to Geico which started the process over completely. The Geico adjuster's (Kendrick Moon whose incompetence is astonishing) estimate of $5k was baffling as the damage to my vehicle was clearly more severe (shattered back windshield, obliterated bumper, destroyed axis + more). Kendrick made no effort to communicate with the body shop my care was at and kept asking me to contact them to have them contact him? When they finally "speak," Kendrick said my repairs started and I need to speak to the mechanic for a timeframe. The mechanic tells me he's been trying to reach Kendrick for days with no response AKA they never spoke and Kendrick is a liar! A week later he contacts me to advise the body shop "refuses" to work on my car but when speaking with the mechanic directly, I was advised that they told the adjuster the repair costs were over $13k and he did not agree. My car was then towed to a second body shop (oh & Kendrick tried to claim I was responsible for the tow expense after he informed me my car needs to be moved or I would have to pay for storage 2 hours before the fees would begin to incur) and I learn days later he never sent them the estimate so I had to since Kendrick went on a week long vacation without providing any notice. Meanwhile my attorney advises they were able to reach him after 10 days of silence and advises I have to return my rental the following day as Geico will no longer cover it, ha. Now the 2nd mechanic's supplemental indicates the total repair cost is... wait for it..... OVER $13k! But guess what? Kendrick can't review the supplemental for another week because he's off ruining someone else's life atm. Never subject yourself to their abuse.

      Geico is a company that enables theft.
      Someone, I never met, opened a Geico account for an insurance policy, using my bank info to pay for it. This was a fraudulent transaction.
      Geico took money from my account without my permission and without my knowledge.
      Geico is a corporate theft enabler because they will do nothing to help me know how my account was stolen from.
      My review is that Geico is a company that lets other people steal from you.
