      Don't trust!!! Start off ok for or beginning but turn around to drop you if you don't pay their much higher quote! Stay away!

      Awful company. Had a hit and run claim and two months and a dozen or more calls and emails later, still no reply from Geico. Worst insurance company I ever dealt with.

      I have paid insurance premiums for over 40 years and have never had a claim until now..... And I have been trying to use the wonderful app on my phone and each time I get a message that more info is needed and to call a certain number. When I call that number I get a recording stating there is no reason to hold on phone when they can send a link in a text message and for me to use that. The only way anything is getting done is just waiting to speak to a representative. It is like all the info I have provided just went into a black hole. I am not confident about anything at this point. After this, I will be switching back to USAA!!!

      They are liars! One of their “brilliant clients” hit my car, he was in a rush to drop off his baby to the day care (liar) that’s why I didn’t call the police (I still trust in people) he handed me her DL and insurance (GEICO) I called to my insurance and they ask all the information. At the end GEICO said that they cannot locate his client, and they cannot pay for the damage caused in my car! Unbelievable!

      After 6 yrs with Geico the insurance decided to drop us. We have 2 cars with them. One of the car was on an accident which was reared ended and not our fault. The other car was hit twice with one of it partially our fault. Two chip windshield repairs 5 minutes jobs.
      I guess Geico wants only to collect but not to pay anything otherwise will drop you. Shameful business practices.
      Being punished for the majority of not our fault accidents.

      On July 2nd, my husband hit a deer in my car. We filed a claim with Geico. In the over five weeks since then, we have had three separate adjusters assigned to the claim and one salvage adjuster. Not one of these four people has returned our many phone calls or emails. There have also been messages left for two supervisors, also with no calls back. We've also called the claims center several times and been told only our adjuster can help us, yet they haven't. Any update we've had has been from trying to track our claim on the Geico app. We finally saw movement last week with a payment to my lien holder for around $7000. The settlement amount is over $13,000 leaving us a remaining amount of around $6,000 which should have been able to go towards a down payment on a new vehicle. My policy only covered 30 days of a rental car, which came and went. I got more frantic as it got closer to the month mark because I knew I couldn't go without a vehicle. Now, the rental is returned, and the money I should be able to use for a new car is being held up. Nobody can tell me what the hold up is. I've never experienced worse customer service and my husband and I will be taking our four vehicles elsewhere, if this claim is FINALLY ever resolved. The customer service quality hasn't even been close to the very bare minimum that should be a given and Geico has made an already very stressful situation, ten times harder than it ever had to be.

      These people are very shady. They gave me a quote online for full coverage I called them on the phone explain to them that my car is on loan and by law and required to have full coverage they said yeah no problem here's your quote I signed up for their policies. I get into a car accident and find out they only gave me a liability. In the insurance world there is no full coverage or liability there is comprehensive and collision so if you don't read over your coverage they'll strip you down and give you the worst coverage possible so that they can get your business. I now have to pay for this car for the next 2 years while it sits here totaled

      I am giving 0 stars as my 76 year old mother (and myself) have been dealing with Geico on an uninsured motorist accident claim since May with no resolution. (She has $125,000 uninsured motorist coverage) My Mother's Lincoln MKC is still in the shop getting repaired. I cannot get an update from either the Geico adjuster or the adjusters supervisor. Jordan Lightfoot is the claims adjuster and Chaz is his supervisor. Everyone promises answers but we never get any. The only concern Geico has is the length of time my Mother has had a rental car. Geico made her return it once as they stated a fair and reasonable time had passed and the car should have been fixed already. They blamed the repair shop. The repair shop blamed Geico. Amazingly enough, once I called Geico on my Mother's behalf the repair shop received what they were waiting on from Geico and Geico reinmstated the rental car. I had to get invloved for this to occur. Could this be age discrimination towards my Mother?? Now once again Geico is telling my Mother to return her rental car due to fair and reasonable time frame for repairs. I cannot get an answer from anyone at Geico. The stress the accident caused my Mother is nothing compared to the stress dealing with Geico has caused.

      Geico is absolutely awful. We were hit head on on May 20th. The accident was not our fault. Geico told us we would have a rental car for 30 days. While sitting at the hospital 2 weeks later while waiting for my husband to have his 3rd surgery from injuries the rental car place called me and told me I had to have the rental back by closing because Geico called and said they are not paying anymore. I had to jump up and drive an hour back to the rental car place while my husband was still in surgery having his crushed hip repaired. We have been dealing with Brian over the loss of our new 2017 suburban premier . He sent us vehicles to look at that were in multiple accidents , out of state and even a different type then the suburban we had and tried to tell us the price was the same. After looking up suburbans in the same condition our brand new suburban was in with exact miles and all the luxury’s and me telling him I would send him prices they changed their tune and we agreed on a settlement on a Friday. We were told we were be ready Monday to sign. Monday comes no word from Brian. When we did speak him to him he claims his supervisor who approved our settlement didn’t have authorization to approve it . It’s going on 12 weeks since the accident and we still have not settled and can not seem to get anywhere. We would NEVER recommend Geico to anyone. It’s by far the worse insurance company we have ever dealt with.

      Fraudulent company. They charged me for damage someone previously had on their vehicle. When I sent them photo evidence from the day of the incident they tried to tell me " yes a plastic bumper can dent in a metal fender and not receive damage" it has caused me to have points added to my record and everything.
