    I bought a house from this business who completed a new build. Under md workmanship warranty due to the house being under 2 years old and purchased under 2 years ago *** contacted the builder and agent ******* **** (agent) (builder/husband) ***** **** in reference to mold found in the upstairs bathroom, peeling and displacement of drywall and tile, and electric problems in the house. Ive contacted them numerous times along with my agent with response of we will send someone out and never have. I also had to get a new condensation pump installed under warranty which failed 4 months later and while yes it passed the 1 year warranty the original fix was made under warranty and the fix was a lemon of a pump and per law needs be replaced under the original warranty claim. No resolution or contact has been attempted by the builder or agent and *** had to use my own money and services to fix these issues which is violating contractor and warranty laws
