    DXI is developing our community Compass Point in Lewes DE and they are a total joke. They tell you things will be done “next week” yet it never gets done. They blame everyone but themselves. We have no clubhouse, no pool, no landscaping…just dirt and trash. It’s a joke. No communication and horrible execution! Do not buy in one of their communities. The HOA will take your money for “amenities” and never provide them.

    Warning: don't buy in DXI communities. They don't appropriately manage their developments and tell residents what they think they want to hear, not the truth.
    Come take a look around in Compass Point in Lewes for proof. The common areas look terrible. They're not landscaped or maintained in any way. There's trash everywhere. The developer does not communicate with residents or with the property manager to provide any sort of update on project status. We've been promised our amenities (clubhouse and pool) for a long time and they're still not available. The pool recently failed county inspection. The amenities provided don't match the plans we were provided.
    At our annual meeting we were provided a laundry list of things that would be completed by memorial day. Nothing on that list is done as promised.
