    Date of Service - 11/22/22 Date Invoice was Received - 10/20/23 I have called this office NUMEROUS times since receiving this bill, nearly a YEAR after the service was performed. No one will answer as to why I am receiving this a year later, with no warning. This is the only bill I ever received regarding this service. I was told, numerous times, that I would be called back by the billing department and have YET to receive a call. After so many phone calls and no answer to my question, they simply stopped answering the phone for my call. My husband has called numerous times as well and he has also been told someone will call him back. No one has called either one of us and this bill is over 121+ days past due and I am terrified that this is going to affect my credit, even though I am just now learning of this bill. I need an explanation as soon as possible. I continue to call but my calls are now being ignored.

    I have reviewed the complaint from the client and it regards a bill that was sent late after insurance didn't cover all the services provided. Client bills are processed when they become due by our billing department. This is a legitimate bill for services provided and we have answered the client's calls regarding the same. Unfortunately she isn't satisfied with the answer given. This bill is for service provided that needs to be paid unless the client is denying that she received care with us.
