Customer Complaint
Consumer complaints allege that initial offers of travel costs for vacation bookings, subsequently confirmed in direct interaction with the company, were not met. Costs at final payment totaled two or three times the initial cost. Consumers reported difficulty communicating with the company regarding problems over bookings, qualification for non-Peak travel, and overall costs. Most complaints in the file record remain unanswered or unpursuable. The company did resolve one complaint with a refund.
