    In March 2022 Carroll Fuel alleged that they delivered over 200 gallons of oil which I disputed. The service manager came to my home, measured my tank and also concluded that the alleged amount delivered did not match what was shown. He adjusted my bill and noted on my account that I was not to exceed any delivery over 150 galloons of oil.

    Today on February 8, 2023, I received a delivery of 233 gallons of oil at a price of $1228.32. I contacted the company immediately citing that they did not honor the agreement and delivered over the 150 cap that I agreed upon. I told them to come to collect the excess oil and correct my bill to only 150 gallons as ageeed to. They told me that they would not come to collect the access oil and that I would be financially responsible for the full delivery although my account explicitly states to not exceed a 150 delivery. I feel that this is price gouging and unfair business practice that will result in extreme financial hardship on me. This was their error and they will not correct it.
