  Three years ago we purchased a 2016 Grand Caravan mini van. The salesmen gave us the entire tour of the vehicle on where everything was. Fast forward to this past Friday night we hit something on the road in Delaware USA and blew a tire only to find that there was no spare tire! So we called AAA to get a tow to our vacation house in Snow Hill Maryland. While waiting for the tow truck I called Don Whites Dodge and asked why there was no spare and a man who wouldn't give me his name said they didn't come with one which I answered I think that's a lie because why would the salesman tell us where it was during the sales pitch? I called a Dodge dealership in Pocomoke Maryland the next day and was informed by a man in there service department that the 2016 Caravan certainly did come with a spare and he said "it's a safety issue". I want Don Whites to install a spare tire in my van.

  I brought my car in for a minor repair. The car wouldnt move out of park. Its a Chrysler and a known problem according to internet searches. The car sat for 3 months on their lot while they gave me the runaround about what the problem is. They told me 3 different unrelated diagnoses. They finally fixed the problem as I originally suggested. They charged me $1000 and when I turned it on a different warning light came on saying the convertible top has malfunctioned. It was fine when I brought it in. They blamed me and I never even left the lot. Now they are trying to charge me for that.

  We contacted Ms. ****** to inquire about state of her vehicle and to determine what type of restitution she was looking for. She expressed to us that she was looking for a full refund due to the delay in the repair. We expressed to her that the large delay in the repair was due to the inability to obtain parts. This is a current market condition facing many customers, and is exacerbated by the fact that she has a 14 year old vehicle. I dont feel a full refund is warranted in this case, since the issue of getting her part was out of our control. I will consider this matter closed on our side.
