    Vehicle with transmission issues was with them for one whole month, with the dealership blaming defective parts. Communication from the staff was always an issue. They promised my vehicle would be fixed and then wouldn't call to let me know that it was not. I spoke to the ******* *******, Stan, who became indignant with me as well. The cashier was rude! I spoke to Mr. Andy ***** who seemed to help a bit, but outside of his communication. I will NEVER EVER take my vehicle back to this dealership. As rude and ineffective that the staff was to me, makes me now wonder if the parts were defective or if the installation of the part was defective.
    On top of all of this, which I was willing to forgive, I took my car to another place for an oil change and tire rotation in which it was discovered that A LUG NUT WAS MISSING from one of my wheels! So, Don White's technician FORGOT to put back all the lug nugs! UNBELIEVABLE!
    I then call Stan and Mr. ***** and Stan was willing to reimburse me $12.00 that I paid to the other dealership for the lug nut after paying $5000 for a transmission.
    STAY AWAY!

    Don’t waste your time on utilizing your MoPar warranty at this dealership/service center.
    Took my newly purchased pre-owned vehicle here MULTIPLE times with trans-axle and transmission issues after Nissan directly stated there were tremendous issues in the transmission performance. First go around, no fix, nissan dealer paid their ** $195 diagnostic fee… (2 different times). Took it again after being specifically told by Nissan to take it there for a third check…still nothing.
    Seems as though they are very hesitant to make warranty repairs as they are only paid a fraction of labor/parts costs. Moreover, seems like I’m not the only one with these kinds of issues at Don White’s Timonium. Why were there zero issues found on the first visit? Yet, on the second visit the entire trans-axle was replaced??
    Avoid this dealer/service center or always get a second opinion if you want authenticity.

    The lack of respect for their customers and unprofessionalism is appalling, especially for a dealership. Ever since I got my jeep renegade, I have taken it to dealership for oil changes and any other issues because my expectation is that dealerships are more thorough when dealing with cars. However, that is not the case with this dealership. I brought my jeep in for an oil change and also for them to check my windshield wipers. When I told the employee that was responsible for my service, Mohamed Mahmoud, about wondering if my windshield wipers needed to be changed he stated that the front and back would be changed without actually assessing if new wipers were necessary. I had to request that they actually run a diagnostic to check if a replacement was needed before they came to the determination that only the back wipers would need to be replaced. That was red flag number one. Then after I pay and go to get my car, I realize the back of my driver's side mirror is missing and the light is hanging out. I was flabbergasted. This was not how my car arrived at the dealership and I never thought that I would be expected to take my car home worse than the way I brought it in. Immediately I went to Mohamed to inquire about my side mirror and he stated it probably came off in the carwash. Disclaimer: my side mirror was cracked about a year ago and honestly I even forgot about the damage until this day. When I saw it completely removed. I explained to him that I have washed my car multiple times and the side mirror has never fallen off and asked him why they did not bring it to my attention to ask if I wanted it fixed. They claim to check the cars to make sure everything is working well, but yet nobody mentioned my side mirror! Not to mention that they caused it to completely fall off! Mohamed then made me wait an extra 45 minutes for him to finish his call before explaining to me where I can locate my side mirror and what would be done about it. Another service rep had to get involved out of pity of me standing for so long and waiting for answers. The second rep even suggested getting the manager involved and when Mohamed heard that, his phone call miraculously ended. That was the beginning of his unprofessional attitude. He demanded my keys without telling me why, and he only communicated with the other service rep even though I was standing right next to him. He then drove my car off without any explanation and left me standing in the garage confused about what he was even doing. I stood there for about 5 minutes and then he comes around the front with my side mirror attached but still cracked. I explained to him that my biggest issue was that this happened and nobody said anything to me or asked if I wanted to fix it. Instead of apologizing Mohamed says, "you should get it fixed soon because it will most likely come off again." It was at that moment I decided I will call the manager. Monday morning I call the manager and he basically made it sound like my issues/concerns, with the type of service I received, was no big deal. The so-called manager summarized my concerns in a very condescending way and then told me he would investigate the issue and give me a call back. He did not and has not called back. Needless to say I will NEVER take my car to this dealership again and I suggest you don't either.
