    got man handled out of the club on 5/5/23 at about 12:32 am for asking to use to bathroom and critiquing security for letting us in the backyard area when it was “closed” and not letting us back in to use the bathroom(we are women) . was grossly mishandled by security, i never threatened or was disrespectful to security, i am a regular customer who tips $30-$40 a visit to ** *** **** specifically . I will never return again. didn’t even get to tip my full amount before being rough handled.

    I am disappointed by the treatment I received from the security guards at Nottingham’s. I feel that I have been disrespected and greatly appreciate if this situation could be addressed. Thank you.

    As someone who moved to Columbia as a child in the 70s, came of age in the 80s and still lives in Columbia, I can honestly say that I have NEVER experienced or saw the blatant racism that I saw last evening. After coming off and amazing 40th reunion celebration at ********'s ****** **** several of us wanted to continue spending time with each other...many of whom we haven't seen since OMHS graduation in 1982. We decided to go to Nottingham's as it was still open. We were a mixed crowd and amazingly only the black males were patted down upon entry. When confronted about it one of my dear friends and classmates was shoved by one of the "security guards". At this point the 15-20 of us proceeded to leave. I'm just thankful that I didn't have the chance to spend any of my money there and they don't have to ever worry about me ever spending a penny at their establishment! If I could give zero stars I would. I highly suggest that the ownership send their employees to DEI training!
