      I called Hillside because I could no longer control the weeds. Brian came to my house on 10/11/22, He said I had 2 types of grass & he didn't mention or document any problems. I love tall fescue but only Bermuda grass grows in one sunny section. He documented that I had 8 types of weeds, which included broadleaf. He showed me the difference in the Violet & Ivy weeds and said that they had limited control on those 2.
      He provided an estimate, I picked the best plan, which included lime application, soil sample, broadleaf weeds (control?), fall polyon fertilizer, and aeration with overseeding.
      On 10/20, Hillside came for fall aeration and overseeding. When I asked the guy about the lime application, I was informed that the test results would be back NEXT YEAR to identify the ph. A soil test normally takes less than 2 weeks. If Hillside wasn't going to provide the lime included in the deluxe plan, then they should have informed the buyer (me). They should mention their tests results do not come back during the year of plan purchased.
      All 3 plans cover broadleaf weeds, & I purchased the Deluxe plan (best). However, I am getting absolutely no weed control product in 2022 (plan year I purchased). I understand not getting the crabgrass or insect product which is normally applied in the spring and was crossed out on the estimate.
      I agreed to the estimate for the deluxe plan ($450-%5 for prepay and 5% for senior= $450-10%=$405.) and Brian took my credit card. I'm not sure why he charged my card $406.13, $1.13 more than $405. And then not to provide all the services is ridiculous.
      You had alternatives, Apply weed control & fertilizer now, and return in 6-8 weeks for seeding. Aeration either visit. Lime, sometime in the last 70 days of 2022. That was all included in the estimate for the $450.
      I am not receiving lime, a soil result, or weed control in the '22 plan yr & when I asked to have it removed from my price, you refused. I asked for it next yr -free, you refused.

      Hi Lisa,



      Below and attached is our recent communication with Mrs. Dieter after she registered a complaint with you. Prior to this complaint we had spoke with her on the phone and walked her property with her to better explain what we were doing and what should would be charged for. At the end of the day this seems to be more of a misunderstanding of what was explained than anything else. We have to come to a resolution with her and in her response to us below she stated that she was going to pull back the complaint and continue as a customer.
