    I told them EXACTLY what I wanted with my bike, speed noise and comfort. I was tricked into buying this bike. They refused to let me turn the bike on until it was bought in cash then just before i turned it on they say “hey by the way you might want a new exhaust” it doesn’t even sound as loud as a moped. Then I bought a $200 phone mount and their (master technician) installed it and put a large dent in my tank because it was installed completely wrong. Here I am two months later after they refused to REPLACE the tank offering to trade it for a bike at $15k, 3 years older than mine with 8,000 more miles on it and two engine sizes smaller and they are refusing saying they can only give me $11k toward the trade for the bike I bought for $16k plus tax and tags making it $20k and they damaged it. The bike I want is only $15k. Needless to say I’m having my lawyer send them a demand letter on Monday and will be proceeding with a lawsuit and a BBB compliant, filing for FTC violations etc. Never NEVER buy a bike from them let alone have them work on it.

    Mr. *****'s phone mount was installed correctly per specs. we have offered to repair his gas tank at no charge to him. we have also offered to let him ride the bike until winter and have it repaired while it is too cold for him to ride.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    As you can see in the attached photos. The dealership response is false and a lie. It was never install correctly and damaged the tank due to that. It is clear in the pictures. REPAIRING the tank will only make it VISUALLY appear that the damage is fixed but it is made from metal. “Repairing” it does not replace the structural integrity lost due to the damage. I bought a Harley with a brand new UNDAMAGED tank and paid almost $20,000 to do so. I did NOT buy a Harley with a damaged tank. I demanded they REPLACE AND PAINT TO MATCH the tank entirely
