    09/04/2024 ****** ****** Sawriss ********************************** ************ ************************ This complain is against Isaac Perez Construction LLC Isaac Perez ****** DE license number ********** Location **************************************************************** Phone numbers.************ ************ On July 10th,2024 myself and my neighbor walked down our backyard to install a fence, the total cost for each one of us was $6000 and the plan was to get the Fence installed last week in July, July 17th, 2024, I gave Isaac a personal check( check number(1077) for amount of $3000 as a down payment to buy the materials to be ready the following week to get the installation complete. he deposited the check on July 18th, 2024, After that he ignored all our phone calls and text messages to know when we will get the installation complete, August 18th I asked him to give me my money back because he is not responding and also we didn't see any materials for the fence, he responded on a ******** message to confirm he will give me my refund 08/27/2024. I called and texted him so many times with no response, my neighbor also tried just like me and we had no answer from him.August 28th, 2024 I requested my refund for amount of $3000 through Zelle through my bank of America as his phone number ************ is already on Zelle with no response.I request the court to help me to get my money back for $3000 plus any court fees.Attached the check for the downpayment with his name and signature.I appreciate the court help and support.
